THE MARKET VENUE Saturday & Sunday, Oct. 5-6 & 12-13 • 10:00am-5:00pm Dear Vendors, We would like to invite you to be a vendor at Suncadia’s Harvest Festival, located at Nelson Farm:
1390 Nelson Dairy Rd., Roslyn WA, 98941 This is not your average fall festival, this is Suncadia’s most popular event going into it’s 14th consecutive year. This two-weekend event features live entertainment, wagon rides, pony rides, a petting zoo, food trucks, pumpkin patches, beer, wine, and craft brews, with a daily expected guest count of 3,000+ people. Vendor set up will be at 7:00am each day of the event. You will need to have your 10x10 pop up booth set up and ready to go no later than 9:30am. Vendors will be responsible for their own area, tent and tables. You are expected to stay for all hours of the event. You may want to bring something to help “level” your table due to possible uneven areas. Each vendor will be required to have weights to secure their tent. To get to the venue you will enter Suncadia Property on Suncadia Trail at the Bull Frog roundabout. Following that road until you reach Swiftwater Drive where you will turn right and follow that road to the Nelson Farm. At the farm you will be able to pull into the unloading area to unload booth items. Once unloaded, you will need to park your car in the parking section. Booth fee for the event is $100 per weekend. Please make payment out to SFCE and send payment and signed release form, NO later than Sept. 1, 2019 to Sally Conway.
