What does "winning" or success mean to you? Winning or success means that you are breaking your own limitations. Everyone has a different definition of success. Yes, in America, success may be defined by having a big house in the nicest community, driving an expensive car, wearing luxury brands of clothing and accessories, and being able to travel to exclusive locations. But after I achieved all that and then lost it all during the economic crash of 2008, my perspective of success changed. I began to realize that success is really being able to live life on your own terms and for me, that is by having financial freedom, not being confined to a job, the flexibility of my time, talent, and resources as an entrepreneur, and being in a place to give back to my community at-Large. Once I broke free from what my immigrant parents thought the American dream was which is to go to a good school, get a good job, buy a house, and build a family, I was able to define success on my own terms. This has been so liberating as well as relieving me of the level of stress I was giving myself because I had reached everything but building a family
