Are there any tips on losing weight in just a month?

In a past few years, Thai women giving more attention on exercising and I'm the one of those. It's begining with my sister invitation, I'm not expected much from exercise unless I have a better shape(laughing). After I pay attention on exercise seriously, I can feels that I have a better shape. When I was exercised, I saw a lot of people passing by and finally I have join with my friends who does a boxing cardio. We are sharing idea and it's quite similar. So, I want to create a motivation for Thai women to pay attention on exercises. We planned to introduce a "CORE Magazine". Core is the center of the Earth and we seeing that sports is the others world of women. We thinking that how to make the sport trend stay along with Thai women and how to make them feels happy with it.

Were there any difficulties when you first started exercising?
Well, just like any other women out there, at first there are some laziness and board, but for me I have a goal; I wanted to be fit and firm, and healthy at the same time. So it’s because of that goal that turned it into passions which kept me to continue in doing it.
Honestly, losing weight is as same as all we eat and takes in our body, so it takes times till we are actually becoming fat. For example, right now your 40 kg, and next year your 50kg and you want to lose weight in just month, however you have been eating for a year, and you suddenly stop eating or eating too less, of course you.
Are there any technique on losing weight in just a month?
Honestly, losing weight is as same as all we eat and takes in our body, so it takes times till we are actually becoming fat. For example, right now your 40 kg, and next year your 50kg and you want to lose weight in just month, however you have been eating for a year, and you suddenly stop eating or eating too less, of course you will lose weight, but it’s not the right way. Due to it will have a bad effects on your body in the long terms and it is also unhealthy for you.
What made you created the “See you fit girl” page?
I stared doing exercise because I like it, and because I am a student at Chula University in the faculty of Communication Design field. Where I do a lot of videography and photography, with different techniques and because it’s something I already like. So I want to use what I’ve learned and combine them together with my likes for exercise and turn them into something that I think I would give best communications and interests to viewers and also help other young women to maybe at least have some interest in exercising, which it’s something that makes me happy when I do it as well.
Why were you interested in doing exercise and health care?
It started when I was in my third year of University, at the time I had to work and study at same time. But I didn’t really enjoy my job and what I was doing, so I stared to look for something else to do. And that’s when I stared to interest in sports and exercise. Exercise and sports back then it wasn’t as hit or trendy as today, so I was curious why western women look healthy with good body shape and fit. So out of my curiosity, I started doing research and looking in to it in details. And so I tried doing different sports and exercise, and then started to like it and continued doing till today.

I like Muey T h a i ( T h a i Boxing) since I could re m e m b e r, however it was only a dream to become a Thai Boxer because I already have a family business at home. Moreover back then Thai boxing are seen as just another sport and boxers don’t have to do anything else

What is your inspiration in Muey Thai and for you to start The Fight Club?
bags and walls so my families doesn’t support or led me to that road. Unlike today it’s a more open opinion, and Thai boxing are more than what it’s used to known for. Because Boxers are now educated and at the same time practice boxing and it can be a job it self, so there seems to be a more open opportunities for their future. And when I start my University life here at ABAC, I wanted to open Muey Thai and start planning. However during my my third year of university, there was too many things and projects to do at the same time, so I thought I should get my Thai was kept away in the box till after graduation. So ever since I graduated I now have all the time to really focus on Muey Thai club, and The Fight Club has been opened ever since.
Honestly most of the people that come in are females. And I think the reason why women gives interest in Muey chess etc. But to also have fun at the same time, because Muey Thai you have to use every anatomies on your body and it also release stress at the same time, and Muey Thai gives them that. Another reason why I think women likes boxing is that in the generation there are equalities in male and females, so sports that are not feminist like Muey Thait females can also play if they have the heart to. Last but not least is that they can also learn the skills to protect themselves.
Are there a lot of women who actually join The fight Club, and can women play sport that is so manly like Muey Thai?
