Circle RV Resort Newsletter From the Gals in the Office Summer is here! Which means the population at the pool is increasing by the day, so we would like to remind you to make sure you’ve got plenty of water and sun-block. Please keep in mind that we are kid friendly Resort and the pool is not dedicated to any age range during the hours of operation. Please remember that children under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult, no exceptions. This month is going out with a BANG! We are adding Yoga Classes to Tuesday nights! Stop by our Clubhouse on Tuesday to speak with Miss Ariel about signing up, make sure you tell her you’re a guest of ours for a special discount. Also we will be hosting our America’s Birthday Bash & Bake-Off, more info on this event can be found on the reverse side of this page. Also this month we will be adding Bingo back to the Calendar! It’s been a while since we’ve hosted this, but we think this summer would be a good way to keep cool indoors. We are looking at adding a Movie Night as well, so if you have any suggestions for movies, please stop by the Office and let us know! We would like to warmly welcome this month’s visiting RV Club, the Laguna Vista RV Club, visiting us from the North County area. They will be visiting us beginning Friday July 20th until Sunday July 22nd. Please keep in mind that the Clubhouse is reserved exclusively for this Club and will not be open for use other than Club events. Welcome Summer! And Happy Birthday America!

Recipe Of The Month: Honey Pecan Pie
Propane is filled twice daily, at 9:30am & 2:00pm. At Pump Price $3.45 + tax per gallon, or Delivery Service Price $3.65 + tax per gallon. Please have your tanks ready prior to service times.
Ingredients 1 cup honey 3 eggs, beaten 3 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup chopped pecans 1 pinch ground nutmeg 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie Directions In a saucepan bring the honey to a boil. Quickly beat the eggs into the honey. Add butter, vanilla, nuts, and nutmeg. Pour into the pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 25 minutes or until set.
America’s Birthday Bash & Bake Off Happy Birthday America! In honor of our Country’s 236th Birthday we want you to bake her birthday cake! Yes you read that right! We are at it again with another clever event, where we want you to bake a desert of any kind; cookies, cake, pie, cupcakes, whatever you choose and decorate it in red white and blue! The bake off will be held during the 4th of July BBQ, on Wednesday July 4th at 12:00 pm (Noon), poolside at the Clubhouse. For the BBQ we will be providing the Ribs, Watermelon & Potato Salad, all the extras are up to you. Prizes will be awarded for Most Patriotic, Best Tasting, & Most Creative Desserts. So bring your bathing suits, baked goods and sun-block and Celebrate our Country’s Birthday. Local Fireworks Displays will be free to the public after sundown, stick around a while... We’ve got a great view from on our property! Please RSVP in the Office with the Ladies, an accurate headcount is needed no later than Sunday July 1st. We can’t wait to celebrate THIS Holiday with you!
