Shipping information 1) SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS: (USA) These costs cover shipping
& handling fees associated with your order to our normal delivery areas. Additional charges may be incurred for delivery to remote locations and is determined by zip code. (CANADA) Shipments to Canada are subject to a 20% fee surcharge. This fee includes GST/HST, shipping/handling, brokerage and custom fees. This will be quoted online or by contacting customer service. 2) YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED: SunPorch will notify you by email
with tracking information when your order is shipped. 3) PACKING & BOXES: The average 9' x 12' SunPorch consists of 8-10 cartons, 50 –135 lbs each. We take a full day to carefully pack your order in ISO certified heavyweight custom boxes that are designed to sustain rough handling.
4) DELIVERY APPOINTMENT & ACCESS: The local shipping office
will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment during normal business hours. Please note that missed deliveries will incur a re-delivery fee of $50. Delivery must be accessible by large freight trucks. It is your responsibility to advise the carrier of special requirements when scheduling final delivery 5) WHITE GLOVE SIGNATURE SERVICE: This is included when avail-
able. The driver (with your assistance) will off-load the boxes from the truck and move them to the inside of your garage or to the side of your residence. Please be prepared to help. The boxes can be easily handled by 2 people & weigh between 50 – 135 lbs. each. WHITE GLOVE PREMIER SERVICE is available at extra cost and includes lift gate service or a second assistant to help unload. You are responsible for any extra services ordered from the freight company.

All frame parts are factory pre-cut for a tight fit and framing members have score lines to help align and square them. All window frames and screens are fully assembled with pre-drilled window holes for easy alignment.
