Welcome to the SUN PRAIRIE AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT The Sun Prairie Area School District serves over 8,500 students in grades 4K–12. We have 15 stateof-the-art schools, including nine elementary schools, three middle schools, two high schools, and a learning academy. Additionally, we offer a 4K program at two of our elementary schools and at several partner childcare and preschool sites in the Sun Prairie community.

The University of Wisconsin– Madison and the Wisconsin State Capitol are an approximate 25-minute drive from downtown Sun Prairie.
