Rifle Lake, Lupton. DNR access to Rifle Lake is found along Birchpoint Drive.
Peach Lake, West Branch. DNR access sites are easily found by following the state DNR access signs.
Rifle River, flows through Arenac and Ogemaw counties (canoe launch). DNR access sites are located all along the Rifle River. Following the Rifle River Trail will provide easiest access.
Perry Lakes, access at Comins Township Park, Reber Road, Fairview (swimming beach, day park with pavilion, boat launch)
Sage Lake, Lupton. DNR access sites to Sage Lake are found along Sage Lake Road.
Point Au Gres Park, Rumsey Road, Au Gres (swimming, fishing, picnic area, children’s playground, beach volleyball, horseshoe pits). For more information, call 989846-6188.
Smith Lake, access at Smith Lake Park, Caldwell Road, Mio (county day park, picnic area with pavilion, swimming beach, playground)
Tee Lake, DNR access and park on Mielke Way Drive, Lewiston (boat dock and ramp). Wagner Lake, access at USFS Rustic Camping Area, Wagner Lake Road, Mio (rustic camping, swimming, fishing).

The Standish Historical Depot features many train artifacts, depot memorabilia and local history photos and documents in it’s museum room. We are proud to feature a restored caboose and two English passenger cars “from days gone by.” These train cars provide a great picture opportunity when the cars are open to the public from May through October.
