It's that time again. You brush your teeth in the front of the mirror, weary, legs unsteady and barely supporting your frame. You pray that you don't have trouble sleeping tonight. You're eyes are dark and depressed, face drawn and pale. You feel completely shattered as you did yesterday and the day before. An insomniac may develop depression or an anxiety disorder. In most cases this has a double-edged-sword effect. Anxiety and depressive disorders only worsen trouble sleeping, and so a sufferer may feel completely helpless, trapped in a downward
spiral.
