APPLEWOOD GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS • 4-5 chicken breasts • 2 Tbsp. olive oil • 1 Tbsp. Applewood Chipotle Rub & Seasoning • 4 Tbsp. Sunset Gourmet’s Smoky Sweet Grilling Sauce • 2 Tbsp. orange juice Coat chicken with oil and sprinkle with Applewood Chipotle Rub & Seasoning. Massage the seasoning into the chicken and refrigerate for several hours; remove 15 minutes prior to cooking. Prepare one side of the BBQ for high heat. Sear chicken on hot side of the BBQ for 10 minutes. Turn pieces over and move to the cooler side of the grill. Reduce temperate to medium/low. Roast with lid closed for 15 to 20 minutes. Combine sauce with orange juice. Turn chicken over, brush with sauce and continue cooking for another 3 to 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Sample Recipe
