pLEATED sCREENs for Bi-fold doors A modern and contemporary insect screen door. The pleated screen door is the most effective solution for modern bi-folding and conservatory doors. The pleated mesh is supported by tensioned cords which pass through the mesh allowing it to be effortlessly opened and closed. This system allows very wide
doorways to be screened in either a single or double door configuration. The cassette is discreet and unobtrusive and the mesh takes virtually nothing from the all important view. Our two systems have either a 7mm or 3mm floor track which allows screening options for all bi-folding doors.

Roller Cassette Doors and windows Roller cassette insect screens are a neat and unobtrusive screening option for the home. Their sleek and versatile design enables them to be installed on most windows and doors. The fly screen mesh is held within a spring loaded cassette which enables the screen to be drawn both vertically and horizontally. Side guides create a seal between the screen and the frame. For windows the cassette is fitted horizontally at the head of the window, and for doors vertically on the side frame. A variety of fixing options are available. screens, or should you prefer screens can be supplied ready made for your installation or in kit form. For technical information about the cassette size go to our section about taking measurements. The cassette can be supplied in white or brown as standard, but can easily be powder coated to match any colour scheme. A full range of RAL colours are availble on request.
windows A vertical roller cassette fly screen can be installed to virtually any window, although it is ideally suited to UVPC and sash windows. The screen can either be installed over the opening section of the window enabling the side guides to be face fitted to the frame or within the window reveal to protect the entire window.

Roller cassette screens are an effective solution to protecting single doorways. The spring loaded cassette is installed vertically on the opposite side of the door to which it opens. Guides are fitted top and bottom to allow the screen to be drawn accross to the magnetic closing profile. A brake can be installed to allow a controlled retraction.
Where double doors open out to a patio a double roller cassette door can be installed. As for the single door the cassettes are installed on the side frame. Each screen is drawn to the middle of the door where they join on a magnetic strip. One door can be held in place with a pin bolt so that access in and out is easy.
Hinged screen doors Our range of aluminium door profiles are suitable for both domestic and commmercial applications. Doors can be face fitted to the existing door frame or swung within their own purpose made frame. We offer single swing, two way swing, single and double doors. Our screens can either be made and installed for you or supplied
kitchen screen door ready made for your own installation. White or brown aluminium is supplied in most profiles or frames can be powder coated to any colour on request. We supply a full range of accessories.

26mm aluminium frame suitable for kitchens, pubs and restaurants. Fly screen mesh options include fibreglass and stainless steel. White or brown powder coating as standard. All RAL colours available on request.

Industrial grade screen door fitted with a sub frame and double swing hinges. This screen is suitable for fire escapes as it will activate the panic bar when pushed.
Hinged screen WINDOWS Our hinged window screen systems offer a simple and effective solution to insect control. Hinged screens are suitable for both domestic and commercial applications. We use three profile sizes which enable screens to be made to any size. Mesh options include standard fibreglass mesh, stainless steel
mesh for commercial premises and pet mesh, a much heavier mesh which can stand up to the wear and tear of animals. The screens are hinged from a small draw pin hinge and closed on a turn clip.
lIFT oUT screen WINDOWS Lift out screens can be used where it is not suitable to hinge a fly screen or where chain winders or where electrically operated windows are used. The screen can be retained using turn clips or magnetic tape. Lift out screens can also be used on exhaust vents, intake ducts or air conditioning units.
COMMERCIAL SCREENS Sliding Fly Screens
Mesh Curtain Doors
The all aluminium sliding fly screen unit is suitable for commercial kitchens where the screens can be easily removed for cleaning. Mesh options include fibre glass and stainless steel. Screens can be made any size by multiplying the number of sliding panes.
Often it is not possible to fit a hinged fly screen door due to space restricttions in busy kitchens. A heavy duty mesh curtain combines compliance with practicality. 200mm wide weighted strips are supported by a stainless steel rail, and overlapped to create an insect proof barrier.
Box Fly Screens Box fly screens are installed on the outside of a building allowing the window to open into the screened box. This type of screen eliminates the need to open fly screens to reach the window handles. They are mainly used in commercial premises.
INDUSTRIAL Roller door SCREENS Industrial roller doors are installed as a secondary door in warehouses or factories where ventilation is necessary but the need to exclude insects and birds is required. The door is made from heavy duty PVC coated polyester mesh panels reinforced with steel wind bars which run in vertical channels. The door is housed in a top roller cassette and can be raised and lowered by chain or motor.
The screen provides good visibility and air movement whilst maintaining an impenetrable barrier against insects and birds. The power driven doors can be supplied with solid or mesh panels. Solid panels can be used if wind proofing is required. A unique feature allows solid panels to be interchanged with mesh dependant on the season.
INDUSTRIAL Screening Solutions In many Industrial situations a bespoke screen may be required. This could be anything from protecting air conditioning or water cooling systems to vents or ducts. Often screens are not installed just for pest prevention reasons but also to protect against general debris. We also design and manufacture bespoke doors whether they are large sliding doors or hinged doors.
