General Information
Heper + Moonlight reserves the right to change at any time and without prior warning the technical specification of any product in this catalogue. No part of this catalogue may be copied without a written authorisation of Heper + Moonlight. The luminaires in the catalogue are designed and patented by Heper + Moonlight. The secondary reflector systems are patented by Bartenbach Lichtlabor and manufactured by Heper + Moonlight under the licience of Bartenbach Lichtlabor. Unless specially indicated, the luminaires are supplied without lamps. All dimensions are in millimetres. Voltages given refer to main frequency of 50/60 Hz. All electrical equipment is installed in accordance with IEC regulations. Heper + Moonlight lighting systems have been extensively developed to meet the exacting demands of Light Pollution requirements. The standard finishing of the products are specified in the product description. The products can also be finished in RAL colours on request subject to availability.

EN ISO 9001-2000 Heper + Moonlight has implemented a Quality Management System, which is essential to ensure continuous improvement of all aspects of its operations, organization, production process and customer service. ENEC The fixtures are KEMA tested and carry the ENEC (European Norms Electrical Certification) sign. ENEC titles the agreement on the use of a commonly agreed mark of conformity for luminaires and relevant components complying with European Standards. The purpose is to grant a common European mark on the basis of applicable European standards and to strive for elimination of existing special national conditions and national deviations, valid in the countries of the ENEC Signatories. EN 60598-1 -2 The technical features of our fixtures conform to regulations of EN60598-1-2. Our packing, installation instructions and delivery documents are labelled with the CE sign. GOST-R Heper + Moonlight fixtures are in compliance with GOST-R (Russian Federation Standards)

LEDs represent another focal point of the future design efforts since they offer many opportunities but also challenges as a light source for general lighting. Research projects provide the know how that is then implemented in many development projects commissioned by Heper + Moonlight. Measurements Photometric tests such as measuring the polar curve of luminaires, the optical characteristics of certain materials, luminance measurements using cameras etc. are done in Bartenbach laboratories. Design Concept The experts at Bartenbach LichtLabor focus on the design of lighting concepts and systems utilizing both natural and artificial lighting from the initial concept right through to site supervision. Pole Luminaires
It is clear that exterior lighting makes a dramatic first impression. Combining aesthetic detailing, die-cast aluminium production range provides innovative illumination for urban and residential areas. The poles are available with base plates and anchorage sets, also in ground buried and in different heights and diameters. Heper + Moonlight pole luminaires are resistant to high wind and offer considerable resistance to atmospheric agents. The poles are available in galvanized steel or aluminium with corrosion resistant diecast aluminium arms and brackets etc.
