The Supreme Court was told by Centre on Wednesday that privacy could not be considered an absolute fundamental right. The nine-judge constitutional bench, headed by Chief Justice of India JS Khehar, was suggested by the government to consider the right to privacy as subservient to the right to life. “There is a fundamental right
