Agency News: New Delhi

In a series of tweets, he also slammed P Chidambaram for projecting the dissenting verdict in the 4:1 majority decision as a “slap on the wrist” of the government. “The ‘New Rule’ for Congress Party: One Judge minority observation is the Supreme Court ruling and four Judges decision is not a SC decision! They will go back to all SC minority decisions to uphold them as the laws of the land,” he said, in a swipe at the former finance minister who is also a lawyer. Not Bharat Jodo Yatra, 2023 will be all about G20 and Modi’s Vishwa Jodo Yatra What should we expect from 2023? Will Rahul Gandhi be a serious challenge to Prime Minister Narendra Modi after his gains from Bharat Jodo Yatra? What’s Modi up to in 2023? Observing Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra, it’s clear that Congress will step in 2023 with high hopes. In upcoming elections of Karnataka, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh, it’s pitted directly against BJP. For both national parties, 2023 will be a difficult and equally challenging election year. Rahul Gandhi has added heft to his standing within the Congress and other non-BJP leaders by showing his physical stamina and steely determination to walk 3,500 km, cutting across 12 states in 150 days. Bharat Jodo Yatra is one of the most energetic attempts by Congress to show that it has the capacity for pan-India event management like BJP. Rahul Gandhi’s backroom boys, by projecting the Congress leader in a certain fashion, have exploited social media to change his branding of “Pappu” to a Rahul of Karan Johar films who is muscular enough, compassionate towards have-nots, respectful to women of all age groups and an attentive listener. The old party has also showed that it does have massive resources to mobilise the crowd and conduct its biggest “public connect” exercise, efficiently. None can deny that Rahul Gandhi has made a leap forward in the ideology battle but his political judgement remains as weak as it has been. Whatever be the public snide, memes and political response, the BJP, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) never take any ideology lightly. The yatra will be remembered more for his ideological pursuit than his understanding of real politics. He avoided going to Gujarat, he spoke against VD Savarkar and hence displeased his ally Shiv Sena in Maharashtra and now, he is inviting Mehbooba Mufti - Kapilkumar M. Hirpara in his Jammu and Kashmir stint.

The activity will be carried out across 3,343 Gram Panchayats. It will be similar to the way ‘Didi ke balo’ started. Each house will be given a letter signed by Mamata Banerjee

Ahead of the panchayat elections this year, Trinamool Congress (TMC) chief and West Bengal chief minister (CM) Mamata Banerjee on Monday launched two initiatives – ‘Didir Suraksha Kawach’ and ‘Didir Doot’ — in Nazrul Manch Kolkata. In 2019, after the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won 18 seats in the Lok Sabha elections, Banerjee had launched a similar initiative – ‘Didi ke Balo’. This programme too aimed to reach out to common people and was a big hit. Mamata Banerjee said: “It will improve the connection with people. The name ‘Didir Suraskha Kawach’ has been given by the IT team. ‘Duare Sarkar’ is a government programme, whereas ‘Didir Suraksha Kawach’ is of the TMC. As we move forward, our responsibility will increase. Bengal will show India the way.” Abhishek Banerjee, National General Secretary of TMC, said: “Under the Didir

Suraksha Kawach, 3.5 lakh leaders will reach every block and cover 2 crore families in 60 days. Workers will stay in villages and understand people’s problem. They will reach out to people about the TMC government’s flagship programmes. We have also developed an app Didir Doot, which anybody can download.” For the past couple of months, corruption in education to Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has embarrassed the party. Experts say the programme will rejuvenate the party and boost its image. Broadly, leaders will go and stay in local booth areas. After this, booth workers will reach out to those houses and make them download ‘Didir Doot’ to register their problems. The activity will be carried out across 3,343 Gram Panchayats. It will be similar to the way ‘Didi ke balo’ started. Each house will be given a letter signed by Mamata Banerjee. The TMC also plans to train workers.

In his weekly column Rokhthok in the Sena mouthpiece ‘Saamana’, Raut also said Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah should not sow “seeds of hatred and divisiveness.” The Rajya Sabha member said the Ram temple issue has been settled, so no votes can be sought on

Referring to the death of actor Tunisha Sharma last month and the murder of Shraddha Walkar allegedly by her boyfriend, Raut asserted these were not cases of “love jihad”, but maintained that no woman from any community or religion should face atrocities. “Love jihad” is a term often used by right-wing activists to allege a ploy by Muslim men to lure Hindu women into religious conversion through marriage. Raut said hope the country is free of fear in 2023.

As India emerges as the global sourcing hub, the Government-promoted Plastics Export Promotion Council (PLEXCONCIL) will organise the country’s first ever export-focused trade fair for the plastic industry from 15-17 June 2023 in Mumbai. “India currently exports plastics to over 200 countries and due to the changing business paradigm, we see a major opportunity for boosting the opportunities in developed economies as well as emerging markets for the industry,” said Hemant Minocha, Chairman of PLEXCONCIL. With disruption in supply chains, global economic cooperation continues to reduce dependency on traditional sourcing destinations. India,

thus, has emerged as a leading sourcing hub for numerous products, including plastics products, Minocha pointed out. In this context, the exhibition PLEXCONNECT to be held at Bombay Exhibition Centre (NESCO), Goregaon, from June 15 to 17 assumes significance. Global export market of all plastics products is valued at USD 1.2 trillion in which India’s share is about 1.1%. “This is where the Indian plastic industry has a lot of ground to cover even as we attract the global majors to source from and invest in India, as envisaged by the Prime Minister,” said Ravish Kamath, ChairmanPlexconnect 2023.For over six decades Plexconcil, with the active support from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

As the protons come to a stop, all of their energy Is deposited within the target with little to no exit dose past the target to the surrounding tissues across different sites in the body. Added Pencil beam technology allows for “dose painting” with a precise proton beam only a few millimetres wide to target the unique shape of individual targets.
