He said it “reinforces the value system and the ethics of our judiciary” hours after the court order. “We would like to express our grateful appreciation of the judgement passed and upheld by the Supreme Court today.

Agency News: New Delhi India has shipped 61,500 tonne wheat to Egypt, clearing its largest overseas consignment after the country imposed a ban on the staple export. At least a dozen countries have sent diplomatic requests for more shipments, an official aware of the development said, requesting anonymity.Of the total shipment bound for Egypt, 17,160 tonne of wheat was cleared by customs post

Agency News: New Delhi ‘Tu Hai Dhaakad’ from the Kangana Ranaut-starrer ‘Dhakaad’ was released here amid much fanfare. The song was played on a floating LED screen on the banks of the river Ganga.The film’s title song has been set to the tune by veteran advertising and film composer Dhruv Ghanekar. It is penned by actor and writer Ishitta Arun and performed by the jazz artiste Vasundhara Vee. Talking about the song, Kangana Ranaut said, “We have released ‘Tu Hai Dhaakad’ during the last leg of our promotional campaign as this song sets the tone of the film. It showcases Agent Agni as an unstoppable force who embodies the never-say-die attitude. The song has an anthem-like quality to it and encompasses my character’s grit and gumption in herself and her abilities.” Tu Hai Dhaakad’ personifies and embodies Agent Agni’s fierce yet vulnerable characteristics. Officers and Civilian Staff of Gujarat NCC Directorate and NCC Group HQ, Ahmedabad participated in this celebration by following the Common Yoga Protocol. BharatPe launches Investment Platform for merchants BharatPe, one of India’s fastest growing fintech companies, today announced the launch of Investment Platform for its merchant partners. This one-of-its-kind of platform will enable RBI regulated entities to market their investment products to the 8 million+ BharatPe merchants across the country. In the first phase, the company is going live with P2P investments and Bank deposit products with its partners on the platform. Currently, P2P investment product is being powered through RBI regulated NBFCs- LenDenClub and Liquiloans. BharatPe is also working on providing its merchants an option to invest in Fixed Deposits by Unity Small Finance Bank. Based on the success of the pilot, BharatPe now aims to facilitate investments for 20+ lac merchant partners over the next 12 months via this platform.
