The case of the Jahangirpuri demolition drive can be rightly termed a curious case, if onlybecause one of the petitioners, Ganesh Kumar Gupta, whose juice shop was demolished bythe North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC), is the best friend of the BJP government atthe Centre. Gupta is proof that the Modi Government was being unjustly blamed for targetingonly one religious community.Gupta by his very name and religious affiliation made a mockery of the allegation. Whoeverthought up the bright idea to make Gupta a party to the case shouldn’t have jumped the gun.Now, ‘Hanuman-bhakt’ Ganesh Kumar Gupta, couldn’t be a better ‘secular’ flag-bearer forthe so-called Muslimbaiting Bharatiya Janata PartyAlso, now, the top court has told the parties involved to stick to “status quo” with the warningthat “will take serious view of all action after status quo order was passed.” The last time, theapex court said “status quo be maintained”, status quo was not maintained. his congenial heart ailment. “Implanting a pacemaker in an infant’s heart is a big challenge even for the best of surgeons but our team was confident to carry it out without complications,” Dr Dhaval Naik, senior cardiac surgeon at CIMS hospital said explaining about the complexity in placing an implant.“Probably, Mukundi is also the youngest child to be implanted with a pacemaker who responded very well after the implant,” informed Dr Dhaval who also led the team which successfully completed the procedure.Gazing at the baby happily enjoying oral feeds Mukundi’s parents flew him back to Harare after he was kept under observation for a week.
