Turkey Hos geldiniz means welcome and is probably the most frequently used phrase in the Turkish language. Turkey is truly the land of welcomes.Turkish people are, by nature, very open, warm, friendly, honest and welcoming. Indeed many people say that Turks are very similar in nature to Irish and they certainly share our sense of humour and our ability to enjoy a joke - even at our own expense. Turkey is a vast country stretching from the Black Sea in the north to the Mediterranean in the south and from the barren east to the sparkling blue waters of the Aegean Sea in the west. It is here on the Aegean coast that the most popular tourist resorts are located including our featured resorts of Kusadasi, Cesme and Ozdere. Turkey is steeped in history and almost every road you travel has sites and ruins whose names feature boldly in the histories of the Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman empires. Perhaps, most surprising for the newcomer, is the number of Christian sites dating from the time of Christ and the apostles and of course the house of the Virgin Mary located close to Kusadasi. The highest mountain peak in Turkey is Mount Ararat which, according to the Old Testament, was where Noah’s ark came to rest as the great flood subsided. Turkish is the official and predominant language but most people who work in the service and tourism sectors in the main resorts and cities speak English. The vast majority of Turks are Muslim by birth but you will find that only a small number of people in the cities and resorts are fervent practitioners.

Useful Information about Turkey Accommodation and Infrastructure The general standard of tourist accommodation in Turkey has improved in recent years and is now generally on a par with similar accommodation in western Mediterranean destinations. However the public infrastructure such as roads and footpaths in many areas fall short of what you would find in Ireland. Public utilities such as electricity supply can also be erratic at times and some services in your selected property such as air conditioning and lifts may be affected by low voltage or power cuts. Many, but not all, of the properties we feature have their own back-up generators. Marble and ceramic tiling are used extensively both indoors and outdoors for flooring and paving and become extremely slippery when wet so extreme caution is needed especially around swimming pools.

Currency and Shopping The local currency is the Turkish Lira YTL and at the time of writing €1 is equivalent to 2.10 YTL. All major credit cards are widely accepted as are many debit cards such as Laser.Turkey is a shopping paradise and best buys include branded fashion wear, leather goods, gold, jewellery, rugs and spices.

Getting Around In all towns and resorts there is a wonderful local minibus service called the “Dolmus”. They provide a frequent and cheap transport service from every area of the resort to the centre and the main beaches and apart from its marvellous efficiency travelling on the Dolmus affords an opportunity to mix with the local people as they go about their daily lives. For those who want to explore rural life in Turkey there is also a Dolmus service from the resorts to all outlying villages. Turkey also has an excellent intercity bus service which is relatively cheap and on the longer journeys on board stewards serve tea, coffee and other refreshments. There is also a very good domestic air service with a number of low cost operators on most routes.

Turkish Food and Choice of Restaurants Most resorts have a wide choice of restaurants and cafes offering an extensive selection of international dishes including European, Chinese, Mexican etc. The local Turkish cuisine is really excellent and is based around the best local produce including beef, lamb, fish, fresh vegetables, fruit, olive oil and a great range of different mouth watering breads. We recommend you try it at least once

during your stay. Our “Exclusive To Sunway Holidays” properties all offer a very good a la carte menu selection to suit all tastes including Turkish dishes. When selecting a restaurant please bear in mind the general rule of thumb which applies in all destinations - if the prices on offer are considerably cheaper than those generally available there has to be a catch and you are better off going elsewhere.

10 Top Places to See and Things to Do Ephesus The ancient city of Ephesus was visited and patronised by Alexander the Great in 334 BC because of its importance as the Shrine of Artemis, the Greek Goddess of Moon and Hunting. Over the following centuries it passed through various hands, reaching its peak under the control of the Romans, who built it up to become their Asian Capital. The Temple of Artemis was one of the Seven Wonders of the World.The silting of its harbour in the 3rd century spelled the end for Ephesus and over time the city became completely covered over until 1869 when it was discovered by a British archaeologist. Even now the city is still being excavated and experts say that 75 per cent of the city still remains buried.The amphitheatre in Ephesus is one of the worlds biggest, which held up to 25,000 people. Other impressive sites at Ephesus include ‘The Latrines’, ‘The Temple of Hadrian’ and ‘The House of Love’.

Virgin Mary’s House After the death of Christ, His Mother Mary came to live in Turkey close to Ephesus. Her house is in the mountains and she remained there in prayer and solitude until her assumption into heaven to join her son, Jesus Christ. Mary’s House is an official and important Catholic shrine and has been visited by a number of Popes including a visit by Pope Benedict XVI in November 2006. Mass is celebrated there every Sunday morning.

Pamukkale Pamukkale meaning ‘Cotton Castle’ was formed thousands of years ago when a calcium rich spring cascaded over the hillside to form this brilliant white snowy chalky mountain and terraces. Visitors will also get a chance to swim in Cleopatra’s Pool and visit the ancient city of Hierapolis.

Istanbul,Troy, Gallipoli and Bursa Tour A three day, 2 night trip. You will visit Troy made famous by the beauty of Helen and the cunning of the Trojan Horse ploy. Water Parks There are two excellent water parks in Kusadasi with a range of slides and activities from gentle to hair raising. There is also a Dolphin Park and Sea Park attached to Adaland the larger of the two aqua parks.

Jeep Safari During this on road/off road trip you will get a chance to see more rural parts of Turkey in an action packed, fun filled day out. The day usually includes a visit to one of the more outlying beaches.

Greek Island of Samos It’s not very often that you get the chance to be in two countries in one day. From Kusadasi you can travel by ferry to the Greek Island of Samos and be back in your hotel for dinner.

Markets and Shopping There are 3 street markets held in Kusadasi every week with the largest and most popular being the Wednesday market where you can buy “genuine fake“versions of almost everything imaginable. Suggested Wedding & Reception Venues Each of the three hotels which comprise the Palmin Hotel Group each has considerable experience in hosting weddings for couples from Ireland and are particularly recommended as ideal venues. The hotels are very flexible as regards arrangements and menus. Live music and other extras are included as standard in all their wedding packages. The three hotels are all located in the well known and popular Ladies Beach area of Kusadasi and within easy walking distance of each other. It is quite common for couples and their guests to stay in one of the hotels and have their wedding ceremony and/or Reception in one of the others and there is no extra charge for this except for organised transport for guests, if required.

The Palmin Hotel This hotel tends to be more popular for smaller wedding parties. There are a number of suitable locations for a wedding ceremony and reception within the hotel but the most popular tends to be the outdoor Marco Polo Terrace Restaurant which overlooks the magnificent lagoon style swimming pool and provides an ideal backdrop when fully lit up at night. This Marco Polo Terrace can be reserved exclusively on wedding days. Receptions are also held in the pool level terrace where wedding guests join with the other guests in the hotel for after dinner entertainment.

The Palmin Sunset Plaza Hotel The hotel is situated on an elevated site directly overlooking the sea with idyllic seascape views of the nearby Greek island of Samos and Dilek National Park and is a truly picturesque wedding venue. The hotel boasts two magnificent full sea view terraces both of which are ideal for hosting a wedding ceremony and reception. The upper terrace tends to be more popular with smaller wedding groups where wedding guests join with the other guests in the hotel for after dinner entertainment. The lower terrace is ideal for larger groups and is generally reserved exclusively for the wedding party. There is a large indoor restaurant at this level which is available to the wedding party but most choose to dine and dance on the outside terrace where the lights from the sea and the stars combine to illuminate this romantic setting. Even couples who get married elsewhere come to this hotel to have their most special sunset photos taken. There is a children’s playground adjacent to the lower terrace where the younger guests can amuse themselves while the adults are dancing.

Sea Pearl Hotel This hotel has a dedicated Wedding Garden and Restaurant which has hosted many Irish weddings over the years. It is a very picturesque area and the civil ceremony is usually conducted in the garden area with trees and other greenery as a background. The reception is held in the open air garden restaurant with its marbled tiled floor and artificial water fall and lagoon to lend atmosphere. The Wedding Garden and Restaurant are reserved exclusively on wedding days. Smaller wedding groups may choose to have the reception in the pool side restaurant where they can join other guests for after dinner entertainment. There is a children’s playground adjacent to the garden restaurant area where the younger guests can amuse themselves while the adults are dancing.

Kusadasi Kusadasi is one of the largest and best known of the Aegean Sea holiday resorts in Turkey and has, for many years, been the most popular resort for Irish tourists visiting Turkey. Kusadasi is a deep water port and during the summer gigantic luxury cruise liners from all over the world visit the port on almost a daily basis. It is also home to a luxury yacht marina and many of the worldâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s rich and famous personalities are known to visit regularly in their super yachts. So keep your eyes peeled because you never know just who might be sipping a martini at the next table. There are a number of very good beaches in Kusadasi, the most popular being Ladies Beach and Long Beach. Many of our featured properties are within walking distance of Ladies Beach. Long Beach is easily accessible by Dolmus from the resort centre. Long beach stretches some 25 km from the edge of the resort to the Dilek Mountains and National Park, which covers an area of some 28,000 hectares, and is easily reached by Dolmus from the town centre. There is a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bistros around the resort and the fresh fish restaurants in the marina area are particularly recommended by our clients. There is also an

abundance of nightlife to choose from ranging from upmarket beach clubs, small live music bars in the old town or the throbbing, pulsating disco bars which line the famous Bar street. Kusadasi is a shoppers paradise. Located in an important cotton growing area many of the most famous fashion brands in the world have factories in the locality and you can get genuine fashion ware at greatly reduced prices. This in turn has spawned a hugh fake fashion industry and typical of Turkish honesty there is no attempt to deceive you as they proudly offer you “genuine fakes” at unbelievely cheap prices. Other good buys include gold and jewellery, leather goods and Turkish carpets.The main market day for textiles and souvenirs is Wednesday and we also recommend a visit to the weekly fruit and vegetable market on Friday just to experience the amazing colours and smells of the fresh fruit, vegetables and spices being offered for sale directly by the growers. Many of the best known attractions in Turkey are located close to Kusadasi including the ancient city of Ephesus and the temple of Artemis, the House of the Virgin Mary and St. John’s Basilica. The famous cotton castles of Pamukkale and the Greek island of Samos are other popular day trips and there are daily boat trips and an abundance of water sports.There are two very large water parks one of which claims to be the biggest in Europe. In addition to the many rides and slides there is also a daily Dolphin and Seal show and a Sea Park where visitors can swim with dolphins or tropical fish or descend in a steel cage in the hugh shark tank. For the even more adventurous Microlight tours are available over Ephesus and Kusadasi port.

Transfer time by coach from Izmir airport is about 1 hour 15 minutes.

Cesme and Ilica. Cesme [pronounced chesh-may] is a popular holiday resort and spa centre. It is located 80 Km west of Izmir city on the westernmost tip of the Cesme peninsula. The Greek Island of Chios is less than 3 Km offshore. Cesme has a long and rich history having been an important centre down through the ages under Ionian and Ottoman rule and that Greek influence is still evident in the town today. There are many sulphurous thermal springs around Cesme with some of them springing from the sea with source temperatures in excess of 60째 C as can be seen in the nearby beach resort of Ilica. The therapeutic and curative qualities of these springs have made Cesme a renowned spa and thalassotherapy centre. The town itself is dominated by Cesme Castle and the nearby caravansary. The harbour is at the very centre of the resort where traditional fishing boats mingle with luxury yachts. There is a regular ferry service to the nearby Greek Island of Chios and the Italian ports of Bari and Brindisi. There are many bars and restaurants around the resort centre and a couple of larger night clubs on the outskirts. There is no actual beach in Cesme town but the nearby satellite resort of Ilica [pronounced il-ig-a] more than compensates with its 3.5 Km long white powdered sand beach. The name Ilica means spa or hot spring and the best examples of the undersea sulphurous hot springs which made Cesme famous 30

are actually located in Ilica. Although much smaller than Cesme, Ilica has developed as a resort in its own right with a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants. Some of the best hotels in the Cesme region are located in and around Ilica.

Ozdere and Claros The town of Ozdere is located less than 50 Km from Izmir airport and 40 Km from Kusadasi in an area which is largely undeveloped and unspoilt. With a backdrop of rugged mountains and a coastline that alternates between rocky, craggy cliffs and beautiful sheltered bays with sandy beaches Ozdere is generally favoured by holiday makers looking for a quieter more relaxed holiday. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in the resort which also has a long shingle sand beach with a paved promenade. Close to Ozdere lies Claros where the ruined Temple of Apollo dating back to the seventh century BC has been excavated along with a small temple thought to have been dedicated to Artemis.

Sunway holidays cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect travel documents. CURRENCY The local currency is the Turkish Lira YTL and at the time of writing €1 is equivalent to 2.10 YTL . All major credit cards are widely accepted as are many debit cards such as Laser. SUNWAY HOLIDAYS’ REPRESENTATIVES We provide experienced personnel whose sole responsibility is to ensure your overall well-being and enjoyment. They are knowledgeable and well informed on your resort, accommodation and local area. You will find information books and notice boards providing you with all the up to date activities and happenings in your resort. We suggest that you attend the Welcome Meeting held in each resort, as you will be advised of very useful information in connection with your forthcoming holiday. Please note we do not have resident Representatives in the resorts of Cesme and Ozdere and we do not provide welcome meetings or visits to these hotels. Stomach upsets are frequently caused due to over exposure to the sun, unusual food, cold drinks, alcohol and too much fresh fruit (particularly orange juice) and other factors which our bodies are unaccustomed to. The nearer you can adhere to your usual routine the less chance you have of suffering from stomach complaints. Bring simple remedies from home to help you in the event of tummy and minor discomforts. We advise passengers not to put important medicines in their checked in luggage. In the event you do become ill while on holidays we are happy to say the standard of private health care in Turkey compares favourably with Ireland and all our selected hotels and accommodations have an English speaking doctor on 24 hour call. Please note that form EU111 does not apply in Turkey. Private health care is expensive so it is essential you arrange appropriate travel insurance. COMFORT AND SAFETY Experiencing a different way of life is part of the enjoyment and intrigue of travelling abroad. Please note: • most pools and beaches do not have lifeguards, • We recommend people drink only bottled water while in Turkey MEALS In general where breakfast is included it is Turkish style continental breakfast. Half board supplement refers to a buffet dinner unless otherwise stated and in a minority of hotels, lunch may be substituted for dinner. Most hotels in Turkey do not cater specifically for persons with special dietary needs such as celiacs or vegetarians. EXTRAS Many of the facilities advertised in the hotels and apartment properties are payable locally including but not limited to wellness, beauty, massage, hairdressing, safety deposit, internet, fax, telephone, tennis, pool tables and other games. These and any other costs such as restaurant and bar bills must be paid directly to the hotel either at the time of use or prior to departure depending on the policy of your selected accommodation. INSECTS, DOGS AND CAT Ants, cockroaches and other insects are commonplace in warmer climates and are not a sign of poor hygiene. COTS Cots and high chairs in some hotels and residences may not be up to your usual standard, so we would advise you to check them carefully prior to use. VACATING ROOMS On the day of departure most hotels require you to vacate your accommodation mid morning or noon so that it may be prepared for the arriving guests. Some of these hotels do provide courtesy rooms. Where hotels listed in the brochure show the “EXCLUSIVE TO SUNWAY” logo, late Exclusive to Sunway check out is normally allowed with no extra charge. TRIPLE / QUAD / SINGLE ROOMS Some accommodations have twin or double rooms that can facilitate an extra bed or beds, it should be noted that these beds are either convertible sofa beds or camp beds. Space will be limited in most cases. Single rooms are limited, may be inferior in quality and may not have balconies and can be smaller than twin rooms. The supplement payable for a single is for the convenience of having a room to oneself. BAGGAGE It is your responsibility to ensure that all your belongings are recovered from the airport on your arrival and placed on the correct transfer coach or taxi and also to ensure the same from your hotel on your return journey home. Only one piece of hand luggage per person is permitted in the aircraft cabin. At present 20kgs is allowed per adult (check your allowance on your ticket). Passengers intending to carry special items of luggage such as wheelchairs, medical appliances or equipment, windsurfers, bicycles, golf clubs etc should advise us at the time of booking as we must request carriage of same from the airline and this may not always be granted. Please note that oversized baggage that exceeds the specified limit will be subject to surcharge from the airline. The carriage and delivery of your luggage rests with the relevant air carrier. Should your luggage be delayed, your Sunway representative will assist you in liaising with the air carrier regarding the retrieval of your luggage. Unfortunately due to the nature of air transport, a passenger's luggage may not be ultimately delivered. It is important that you understand that airlines limit the level of compensation, which they will pay you in such circumstances; equally Sunway's Travel insurance policy contains limits in relation to lost luggage. Clients should bear these limits in mind when packing their luggage and should make enquiries with their home insurers where they believe the value of their luggage would exceed such limits. We strongly recommend that all money, jewellery and other valuables be carried with you at all times and, subject to airport security regulations, you carry a supply of any essential medicines sufficient for your journey and until you have time to get replacement supplies in the event of your luggage being delayed or lost. PERSONAL SAFETY Be careful when out and about, watch your handbag, wallet and camera, do not carry passports or more cash than you think you may need. We urge you to use the safe deposit boxes in your hotel/apartment for all valuables. Use caution as you would at home. Make sure that you have adequate insurance cover and are familiar with the procedures required. TICKETS AND TIMINGS Tickets are issued approximately 14 days before departure. Please thoroughly check tickets as flight timings are subject to change. Check in time is 2 hours before departure. If you miss your flight as a result of your late arrival we will do our utmost to

offer you an alternative way of getting to your resort, but all costs incurred will be your responsibility. If we are unable to offer you alternative flights, full cancellation charges will apply. Please check that your passport and/or papers are in order for travel. Seat only passengers must reconfirm their return flight 48 hours prior to departure. If you choose to book within 2 weeks of departure a charge is levied to deliver your tickets to the Airport. ACCOMMODATION AND RESORTS We have done our utmost to be accurate in our accommodation and resort descriptions but due to maintenance, refurbishment, low season, bad weather, public holidays and religious festivals, sometimes facilities and entertainment may be temporarily withdrawn without notice. Information on public holidays and religious festivals are available from the relevant embassy. HOTEL CLASSIFICATION IN TURKEY There are two separate systems of hotel and touristic accommodation licensing in Turkey. One is administered by the Ministry of Tourism and is based on the internationally recognised star system. The other is administered by the Local Authorities and simply grants a licence without any rating. However even the Ministry star rating system can not be directly compared with those of other countries as each country applies different criteria. Where a property has a ministry of Tourism classification we have included this for information. SUNWAY HOLIDAYS OWN ACCOMODATION RATINGS For your general information and guidance we have included our own Sun ratings on all properties. These are based on our own knowledge and experience of the individual properties and on feedback from our clients and reflect a combination of accommodation quality, facilities, standard of service, atmosphere etc. An individual rating might not be considered objective if looked at only in the context of one particular aspect and we would therefore invite all prospective customers to read our property and resort descriptions carefully and to contact us prior to booking if they have any particular questions or requirements. OUR CHOICE ACCOMMODATION ‘Our choice’ holiday options are ideal for clients who want the best deal and are flexible. We choose your accommodation for you and will confirm the grading and resort on your invoice. Your accommodation may or may not be featured in our brochure. Upon arrival you will be met by one of out airport representatives who will confirm you holiday details. You will be provided with the usual resort services. If you have particular requirements or a clear idea of where you want to stay we recommend that you choose one of our names accommodations. If you are happy to leave the choice to us, then this is the ideal holiday for you.

HOTEL FACILITIES Where air conditioning is provided it may either be individually controlled [you have full control of operating times and temperatures in your own room/apartment] or centrally controlled [the hotel decides when it operates for all rooms and the temperature settings]. Electricity power cuts and periods of low voltage are not uncommon in Turkey and certain services such as lifts and air conditioning may not operate during these periods. Even when a hotel has its own generator which provides normal power for most items please note air conditioning systems do not generally work without mains electricity It must also be noted that some hotel facilities may, at certain times not function fully. This may be due to many reasons e.g. a pool being emptied or cleaned. These decisions are part of normal hotel running and are at the discretion of the hotel management. If, however, we are made aware of any closure or of any other alterations to the hotel description, we will pass this on to you as soon as we can. In some hotels TVs may not receive English channels. Please note minimum numbers may be required to operate certain clubs or organised events and entertainment programmes may be curtailed during periods of low occupancy. NOISE/BUILDING WORK Neither the hotel or apartments used, nor Sunway holidays can accept responsibility for anything outside the accommodation's grounds. TIPPING Tipping is expected in bars and restaurants. ALCOHOL Most people like to indulge on their holidays however you should not drink alcohol before swimming and it should be avoided during sunbathing, since it causes dehydration. Never drink if hiring a car, Mopeds, Motorbikes or Jet Skis. Drunken behaviour in accommodation and on board aircraft can result in you being asked to leave the accommodation or the aircraft accordingly. In such cases our contract with you will cease and we will have no further responsibility to you.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION It is significant to remember that the description of hotel rooms in this brochure applies to standard twin bedded rooms unless you specifically reserve an alternative room type at the time of booking and this is confirmed on your invoice. The allocation of rooms is at the sole discretion of the hotel. Requests for specific rooms or positions within the hotel cannot be guaranteed unless they are subject to an extra supplement. SUNWAY HOLIDAYS INSURANCE We insist that our clients are adequately insured before travelling. We have therefore arranged comprehensive travel insurance with Viasure Travel Insurance. It is very important that you are adequately insured. If you are not taking out insurance with Sunway Holidays, you must show us that you have taken out appropriate holiday insurance or sign the disclaimer on your booking form. This information must be passed to your travel agent so the details can be added to your booking. A policy document will be sent with your booking invoice if your booking is made with one of our sales agents over the phone. If your booking is made online you will be able to download your policy by clicking on the link shown on your einvoice on your eticket or by visiting www.sunway.ie Please note that it is the responsibility of each client to ensure that they receive an Insurance Policy from us, and acquaint themselves with the terms and conditions contained therein. Annual Insurance policies may also be purchased. COOLING OFF PERIOD Our insurance cover allows a 14-day cooling off period. This affords you an opportunity to peruse the policy purchased, should you believe that you have a justifiable reason for cancelling the cover provided by us we will provide you with a refund of the amount paid. HEALTHCHECK If you have availed of Sunway Holidays Insurance you will note that it contains conditions that relate to your health and the health of others who might not be travelling with you but whose well being your trip may depend on. In particular it may not cover medical problems which you or they had before the cover started. However by declaring these conditions to Viasure Health check screening telephone number (091 560 627) your insurance may be extended to fully cover you. If you have any doubts about the cover provided by Viasure or would like more information please contact Viasure Insurance on 01 639 6000. If you do not have Sunway insurance, please check your policy carefully. INFANTS A set charge of â&#x201A;Ź39 is levied for infants and on the aircraft and transfer coach they must sit on an adults lap. To qualify as an infant your child must be under 2 years old on the day you are due to return from holiday. Some hotels charge for cots. OUR CHILDREN The safety of our children is considered paramount.

Parents should check that they are happy with operated clubs, playgrounds and facilities provided by the accommodation of residence. Always familiarise yourself with the pool areas and depths. Most pools and beaches in Turkey have no lifeguards on duty and in general beaches do not have any or meaningful flag systems. Our child sharing prices are based on children that have not reached their 16th birthday in apartments (unless otherwise stated) and 12th birthday in hotels before the date of departure. To qualify as an infant your child must be under 2 years old on the day of return. PREGNANCY If you are more than 28 weeks pregnant at the time of your return flight, most airlines may insist on a medical certificate stating you are fit to fly and many airlines do not accept passengers who are more than 32 weeks pregnant in any circumstances. CHARTER FLIGHTS Some flights may touch down at different airports on the inbound and/or outbound flight. This is sometimes at the discretion of the Airline / Captain and we may not necessarily have been notified beforehand. Please call for details. All passengers on our charter flights must comply with the following conditions: a) Each passenger shall ensure that he is in normal health, capable of undertaking the flight contemplated and is in possession of all documents, etc. enabling him to comply with all formalities, regulations etc. whatsoever and whosoever both in respect of himself and his baggage and is responsible for all dues and charges in this connection. b) Each passenger shall ensure that their baggage does not contain anything of a hazardous nature or of a nature prohibited by any country or state involved and that animals of any kind do not accompany them. Information that you provide us will be held on Sunway Holidays systems (and in other ways) for use by us for the following purposes: (a) Booking information; (b) information about you (and your travelling party) may be passed onto holiday providers and others and may include things such as age, religious beliefs, dietary requirements, your (and your travelling party) physical or mental health. This information may also be transferred abroad; (c) If you apply for insurance, we may process information (including medical information) about you (and your travelling party) and pass it on to insurers; (d) Information supplied by you may be processed for statistical analysis and or market research and may in certain instances be disclosed to our agents for the purposes of fraud prevention and/ or debt collection.
