Dual Admission Program*
Through the Dual Admission Program, students are concurrently admitted into an associate degree program at their community college and a bachelor’s degree program at SUNY Poly. Students must earn an associate degree with a 2.5 GPA to continue their studies at SUNY Poly. Students should contact the SUNY Poly Admissions Office to discuss the best path to SUNY Poly to maximize transfer credit for timely completion of their bachelor's degree.

NYS STEM Incentive Program
The NYS STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering + Math) Incentive Program provides full tuition awards to SUNY Poly students who are NYS residents, in the top 10% of their high school graduating class, and are pursuing an approved STEM degree program. To be eligible to continue receiving the NYS STEM Incentive, applicants must already be award recipients and must transfer into an approved program of study.
NYS Excelsior Scholarship Program
The NYS Excelsior Scholarship Program in combination with other financial aid programs, allows students who are NYS residents, and whose families earn $125,000 or less annually to attend a SUNY college tuition free. Transfer students are eligible to receive the Excelsior Scholarship if they remain on track to complete their degree based on the number of transfer credits accepted by SUNY Poly.

Students can transfer up to 76 credits from a two-year institution and up to 94 from a four-year institution. Transfer Credit
Foreign transcripts and documents must be professionally translated in English and evaluated. Applicants must use a service that is a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (naces.org). SUNY Poly requires a course-by-course evaluation with GPA calculated.
