Thesis Project Details Thesis title: Residential Neighbourhood at Bhaktapur Thesis Sub-title: Subha Residential Neighbourhood Target Group: Middle Income Group People Site Location: Muldhoka, Bhaktapur city Site Area: 85 ropanies (approx. 43200 sq.m) Prominient features of the site: *Located conjugate to the road that links Bhaktapur and Nagarkot (a tourist destination) so viable for commercial and residential development *Close to Army camp which provides the security features for the area *Near to the public facilities like electricity and water supply *Targeted land area by local government authority for residential development *Adjoins with the first land pooling project carried out in the city Designs carried out: *Site development and layout of blocks (development of Blocks and Roads) *Commercial Building *Residential units: 2 unit apartments 3 unit apartments Mixed Land Use building with apartments Row housing for individual family *Community Building *Open Spaces
