President’s Letter

Index

Dear Customers and Friends, Thank you for your business and loyal support! 2015 was a really hectic year for Superior Lighting. We experienced tremendous growth in sales due to the exciting demand for LED’s and energy saving products. It seems that now everyone is eager to save energy and switch to better quality, long lasting LED bulbs. We continue to increase our stock of LEDs and for 2016 we renew our commitment to provide our customers with the best quality LED lights at the best possible price. We have also undertaken numerous technology projects in order to better serve our customers. These include integrating our website, accounting program and phone system as well as implementing better customer service software to handle the increased volume of customers. Our goal is to constantly measure and improve the customer service and sales experience we provide for our customers and employees. We hope to be completed by mid-2016. 2015 was also a year where some people began importing their own LEDs directly from China in order to “save” money. This phenomenon has been met with mixed results. Many times these products have not passed reliable quality control standards and our customers find that these bulbs are not worth what they bargained for. They either emit poor quality light or burn out prematurely with no reliable company available to respond to warranty requests. There is no need look elsewhere. Our knowledgeable staff will advise you and help you choose the best light for your application and budget. And please take advantage of our energy saving lighting consultations in the S.
