What makes our iron doors so superior? We buy directly from select manufacturers and we assure that all of our products meet OUR SUPERIOR STANDARDS before ever reaching the consumer. We use only the best materials and construction techniques - we don’t take shortcuts. • We have re-tooled the manufacturing process to exceed U.S. and European standards. • We use 12 gauge steel on doors. • All doors are insulated. • All products have six coats of paint and two coats of primer baked on, which allows us to have the strongest product warranty in the industry.
With such an emphasis on quality, how do we stay competitive on price? We take advantage of favorable tariff agreements and we ship directly from the factory.
Do we have additional costs? Most iron door companies do not provide glass. It must be purchased separately, therefore creating an increase in overall cost. This additionally involves a second contractor to install the glass, further driving up the cost and adding hassle for the buyer. We price and ship doors with glass installed, and the threshold welded to frame. The doors are also professionally packaged and crated to ensure they arrive safely to your job site.

About Construction Fabrication Process For us, forging iron is not just another job, it’s an art. Creating the perfect iron door requires more than just the strength to bend metal. Ensuring a premium product requires vast creative vision, precise execution and the patience to carry out every minor detail to perfection.
Forging Acadian Iron Works™ utilizes the best possible blacksmiths and equipment to guarantee premium results. Our doors are hand crafted the old fashioned way - with thousands of man hours worth of heat, sweat, muscle and most importantly, keen attention to the artistry of every curve, twist and joint. Each door is individually forged, hammered and shaped. Then it is sanded and inspected. This process is repeated until it is perfect.
Anti Corrosion and Painting All of our wrought iron doors receive the best possible anti-rust treatment. We use heavy duty sandblasting, pure hot zinc galvanizing, high-build zinc primer and magnetic paint. We use only superior quality and environmental friendly paint for top coating and hand faux finishing.
Standard Compliance Our dedicated Quality Control team closely monitors every stage of the process - from fabrication to professional packaging. All our products are constructed in compliance to ISO 9001:2000 quality management standards to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
Packaging and Delivery Our doors are packaged using premium packaging materials and methods to secure the best protection possible for delivery. Additionally, they are shipped pre-hung for easy installation.
