ORDER INFORMATION Orders: All orders must be submitted in writing. AmeriFoam® will confirm receipt of an order via email within two hours. Due to the difficulty of manufacturing to exact quantity requirements without sacrificing quality, the standard of 5% over or under will constitute a complete order. Artwork: All artwork must be supplied in digital vector format saved as ai, pdf, or eps back saving and converting all curves or outlines. Proofs will be sent via email within 24 hours. Production Time: Standard production time is 10 – 15 working days for catalog quantities after artwork, order, and credit approval. Thermal Seal production time runs 15 – 20 working days for catalog quantities after artwork, order, and credit approval. Pricing: All Pricing includes a 1 Color/1 Location Imprint. Due to the unstable resin market, prices are subject to change without notice. For current pricing please visit our website at: www.amerifoam.com. All pricing is listed in US Dollars. Call for quote for quantities not listed in the catalog. Acknowledgements: Will be sent via email within 24 hours. Acknowledgments will contain price, product quantity, shipping address, method, and date. Please review carefully and contact us immediately to correct any errors. We will consider no reply as acceptance of schedule and price. Payment Terms: All accounts are on a prepayment or credit card basis until payment terms can be established. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Customers with accounts requiring collections will be liable for all associated costs including legal fees. Returned checks and declined card payments will also incur fees. Shipping: Orders are shipped prepaid unless otherwise specified. We select the best carrier based on price and reliability. Our delivery liability ends when merchandise has left the factory via carrier. UPS services our factory daily. If you request a different carrier, please be aware that you may incur additional charges and/or delay in shipping.
Screen Printing: A wide range of stock ink colors are available. PMS ink is available on foam items, colors are a near match to PMS Uncoated Pantone Chart. Imprint up to 4 spot colors on select items. Due to the texture of foam; we suggest bold one color, minimum imprint of 21 pts. Exact registration cannot be guaranteed on any product. Trademarks and Copyrights: All product logos used in the catalog are to show art and imprint reproduction capability ONLY. They do not imply endorsement by holders of such trademarks or designs. We reserve the right to use all items in our advertising, displays, catalogs, brochures and other promotional uses unless otherwise notified at the time of the order. Order Changes & Cancellations: Changes are possible before production begins, charges will apply for all costs incurred by our factory. Submit all changes and cancellations in writing. Credits & Returns: Inspect all products upon receipt for any defects, omissions, or errors in manufacturing. If we have made an error, it is AmeriFoam’s® policy to replace merchandise. Claims of adjustments must be made in writing within 20 business days. Unprinted returnable items are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must include an RMA (Return Material Authorization) issued by our Quality Department marked on the outside of every carton returned. Safety & Compliance: AmeriFoam® is committed to product safety. Our raw materials and inks are tested by a certified third-party lab for lead and phthalates. Products comply with US Regulations CPSIA and CDN Regulations CCPSA. AmeriFoam® complies with California’s Prop65 requirements. AmeriFoam® is commited to employee safety, following all general workplace procedures provided by CDC and OSHA. AmeriFoam® is commited to consumer safety. There are no known hazardous chemicals that cause cancer, reproductive harm, or birth defects. Foam novelties are promotional products for general audiences and are not for children under 12 years. All polyurethane foam is flammable. Environment-friendly: AmeriFoam® recycles our polyurethane foam and cardboard scrap. Our ink waste is approved by the EPA for land disposal.
