Packaging - Standard packaging includes bags being flat-folded and bulk packed. Random samples - for a registered ASI/PPAI Distributor, most samples are free: please provide your shipper# and contact customer service for details.

Speculative Samples - First sample provided at no charge with firm purchase order. Screen set-up charge $50(V), Resetup $20 (V). Additional samples subject to billing. Proof billed in full for canceled orders. Designing fee is $300.00 (V). RETURNS

TERMS

Terms are Net 30 on approved credit. There is a 1.5% per month charge for past due accounts. COD orders require a 50% deposit. VISA/MASTER CARD/AMEX are accepted.

INDEMNIFICATION

Customer will be liable for charges incurred prior to any cancellation.

Customer warrants that they have the right to use the marks, symbols, or designs depicted in the artwork and shall indemnify and hold harmless in any infringement action as a result of printing the artwork.
