SPORT BALL DEFLATION: Shipping costs can be reduced by requesting certain sport balls to be deated. Sport balls are by default shipped inated, unless stated on the order. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION IS MISSING, YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE PROCESSED. All orders are acknowledged via fax or email to conrm receipt of a complete order. Upon receipt of the acknowledgment, please review all information carefully and check order details, pricing, and artwork for accuracy. CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: All orders are considered rm. Any change to the order once in production will be billed for any work done, plus any additional work required by the change. Changes in quantity (within reason) can be made prior to the start of production. If a change in quantity occurs after the completion of any portion of production, the change will be treated as a separate order and billed accordingly. Any change made after the start of production will delay shipping. Changes in ship method or shipping address MUST be made before scheduled ship date. If a cancellation is necessary, all costs associated with work performed to date of cancellation will be invoiced. Cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged by Galactic Fun Time Line

PRODUCTION TIME: Production starts when the order is complete. Production time is usually less than two weeks, depending on quantity. However, from the beginning of July to the end of November, production time could be longer. Call for production schedule. Depending on the season, rush orders may be accepted if the production schedule allows

PRE-PRODUCTION PROOF: 1-2 color imprint(s) will incur a charge of $40.00(C). 3-4 color imprints will incur a charge of $54.00(C).

PRODUCT/COLOR VARIANCE: Due to the nature of the materials and the variance in manufactured products, we cannot guarantee exact matches on repeat orders Like-named colors in different materials may not be an exact color match. REPEAT ORDERS: Setup charge of $26.67 for screen print and pad print only

RETURNS: All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise The factory must authorize returns; any returns not authorized will be refused and returned to sender. No returns will be accepted for imprinted or special-order merchandise unless it is determined to be defective by the factory. Returns on unimprinted merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No replacement or credit will be issued for merchandise which is unavailable for return to the factory

TERMS: New accounts must submit a valid Resale Certicate and are on pre-pay, credit card basis until credit is established. Credit accounts are Net 30 days Aging begins day of shipment. Past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% nance charge per month or maximum allowed by law. All accounts not kept current will be returned to pre-pay or credit card terms. Production of merchandise will not begin until prepayment is received and/or account is current. The art department is not responsible for poor- quality, unreadable artwork, or improperly saved les. Artwork will be reviewed and you will be contacted with art le and/or printing issues. Failure to respond in a timely manner to artwork issues will delay production and delivery schedules

ACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS: Vector: AI, EPS, PS, CMX, CDR, PDF. Raster: PDF, PSD, PNG, TIF, & BMP. Fonts must be converted and placed images must be embedded We can also accept mailed CDs, DVDs, and camera-ready graphics Vector artwork will produce the best result and is always preferred, but not always necessary. Raster artwork must be a minimum of 300 DPI at actual imprint size. In some cases, we may require vector artwork for color separations, imprint clarity, artwork editing, etc Vector artwork will always produce the best result.

ART CHARGES: We offer artwork re-creation services for those who cannot provide high quality art les. Recreations cost $25.00 (F) per le. Some multi-color artwork and/or extremely complex designs can incur additional charges of $45.00(F) per hour We will only proceed with your approval if charges above the $25.00 (F) will be needed. PROOFS: Proofs cost $10.00(F) and must be requested on the purchase order. Please specify on your purchase order the address you would like the email proof sent to. Our standard proof template is sent without supplier info and includes a virtual example of the printed product. Relative size, color, and placement are for general reference only and are not intended to be an exact depiction of the nal product. Please check spelling, phone numbers, layout, and product information. Proof revisions will be $5.00 (F) each if more than one is required. Galactic Fun Time Line will not be held responsible for nal products with proof approvals containing any errors other than print quality or product defect. It is important to approve proofs as soon as possible to meet the delivery dates. If approvals are delayed, rush charges and/or expedited freight may be required at the customer’s expense to meet a specic delivery date. If a proof has been approved and sent to production and artwork changes are requested there will be a charge of $40.00(F) to have the order pulled from production and delays in delivery may occur. A copy of your artwork will be sent on your acknowledgment regardless of having received a proof

VIRTUAL SAMPLES: A virtual sample can be requested by emailing virtualsampling@galaxyballoon.com. The art requirements above do apply. Issues with art will delay the virtual sample. If your artwork is good to go, you’ve reviewed the detailed templates available to download for every product, and the order details on the Acknowledgment are correct, why pay for a proof? With an Acknowledgment, you only need to let us know if something is incorrect or needs to be updated

FULL COLOR HEAT TRANSFER DECALS/FCP: A full color heat transfer decal may not work for every logo, design, or layout. These are opaque decals They are not transparent. If you submit an order for FCP with artwork that may not produce an acceptable result, like having the appearance of a sticker or label, someone from our team will reach out to advise the best way to proceed. In most cases spot color printing will be the best alternative option. Please note there are differences in pricing between the printing processes. Spot color printing costs will increase per color, up to four spot colors max*.

MULTICOLOR ARTWORK: We must have vector art les for all 2-4 color spot color prints The proper PMS imprint colors should be included in the art le and clearly stated on the purchase order. Information missing from your PO may cause delays in production and delivery. Raster artwork may be used for full color printing but must be at least 300 DPI at actual imprint size

COLOR REGISTRATION - SCREEN AND PAD PRINT: Due to our spot color printing process, each color will shift during production. No two products will print exactly alike We can trap and overprint to reduce color shifting, depending on the product and ink colors. Latex and Foil Balloons: Each color can shift up to 1/4”in any direction, at any angle. Backboards and Sun Catchers: Each color can shift up to 1/8”in any direction, at any angle. Pad Printed items: Each color can shift up to 1/8”in any direction, at any angle

HALFTONES: All pad printed products can print at a line screen of 85 LPI. Latex balloon products can print 60 LPI. Sun Catchers, Foil Balloons & Backboards can print at 35 LPI. Vector artwork will produce the best halftone result, and may be required in some cases. Halftones are not recommended on small imprint areas or on textured products

LAYOUT: Maximum imprint areas may vary and artwork sizes adjusted accordingly. Artwork layout affects imprint size & clarity. All artwork is set to max imprint size unless otherwise specied on the purchase order Artwork will be printed as received and the layout will not be altered unless specic, detailed instructions are placed on the purchase order. Utilizing more of the imprint area will produce larger imprints. See below for examples of how the layout can affect the imprint size Art templates are available for download on every product page. Look for the template icon on the product pages

IMPRINT SIZE: Imprint size can vary by +/- 1/8” The reason for the tolerance is because of physical attributes of the product (i.e. printing a at image on a round/curved surface) or mechanical printing variables This tolerance is greater for inatable products because imprint size can vary based on how inated the product is

IMPRINT PLACEMENT: The factory allows for shifting of imprint placement up to 1/8”for pad print and full color items, and up to ¼”for screen printed items This tolerance can be greater for special placement, or placement that is not a standard imprint location.

TYPESETTING: The art department can typeset straightline copy with our available fonts at no charge. If we do not have a requested font we will typeset in a similar font style
