Acceptable File Formats
• We accept Illustrator, Photoshop, and PDF files.
Layout Requirements
• Image can cover the entire surface, front, back, sides and bottom.
• Piping will cover 3/8” on the left and right edges of the front, back and side panels.
• Keep all critical elements 1 1/2” from top of bag, 1/2” from sides and bottom.
Inside Hem Allowance
• Extend full-bleed image 1 1/4” past the top edge of the bag, to fold over on the inside.
Stitch Zone Warning
• Within top 1 1/2” of the bag, there will be stitching to secure the handles and a row of hem stitching.
• Placement of hem stitching varies, but typically falls around 1 1/4” from the top.

Color accuracy
• The final printed color is determined by the artwork file(s) submitted. Because most computer monitors display colors inaccurately, the final printed color may vary from its on-screen appearance.
• If a specific color needs to be matched, a PMS# must be specified, and an extra plate made.
• If overall color needs to be matched, the customer needs to provide a color-correct print for the production facility along with the artwork and order. A $99 international shipping charge will be added to cover the cost of forwarding the color-correct print to the facility.
Plate charges
• 4-color process printing requires 5 plates: CMYK + white. The maximum number of colors (and plates) is 7: CMYK + white + 2 spot colors.
• Spot color inks also may be required for color matching, for large solid areas of color, or small colored
text or fine lines. Each additional spot color requires a separate printing plate.
• The number of plates needed will be determined when the final artwork is submitted and reviewed.
Over/under runs
• The exact quantity is provided at no additional charge. Occasionally, there may be an over or under-run, but they will be under 2%.
Air freight
• If an order needs to be delivered in 3-4 weeks, FedEx Priority door to door delivery is required. We can use the client’s own FedEx account# to ship the order.
• If an order needs to be delivered in 4-6 weeks, air freight will be needed.
• Partial air shipment is available to meet certain events; remaining order can be shipped via ocean.
Shipping terms
• We have partnered with Amazon shipping agent to handle our shipments from overseas origin to US mainland destinations. 3rd party pick up is not available unless the final destination is outside mainland US.
• Shipment will be delivered as small packages or on pallets via LTL freight. If loading dock is not available, lift gate will be required with $150+ extra fee.
• Shipment to multiple locations is available with $10

per additional location plus the higher rate for lower quantity LTL freight.
• Pallet break down and inside delivery are available for additional fees starting @ $167.
• If the delivery destination is in downtown metropolitan areas with no loading area available, there will be an extra $150 special handling fee.

Packing and carton printing
• Cartons are custom-made based on bag sizes.
• Normal packing is 100-200/ carton depending on the bag size and the method of shipping.

• Customer information and specs can be printed on the cartons in one ink color at no extra charge.
Delivery
• Every effort will be made to meet the in-hand date, but we can only guarantee the shipping date and follow closely with the shipment.
• We are not responsible for shipment delays due to bad weather, port congestion, customs holds, labor disputes, domestic transportation delays, flight delays or cancellations, terrorist attacks, and other factors that are beyond our control, even though we will do our very best to find other solutions if possible at all.
Cancellation
• The customer is responsible for all materials, labor, and other expenses incurred from the order date to the receipt of a written cancellation request.
Return policy
• All bags are custom-made and are not returnable.
• In case of printing errors or defects, the customer must contact us within one week of receipt of the bags to pursue a claim for reprint or refund.
Sample policy
• All the items you see online were custom made for other clients. We do not keep an inventory for custom items except several units for our records. So most items are not available for samples. Similar random samples can be provided if you simply send us an email indicating the details of the bag you are interested in and what the bag is used for. The more details you provide, the better matched sample we can provide. All the samples will be sent out via FedEx 2-Day at our costs.
• Please do not use any automatic system from any platform to request samples. Our email system will not accept any auto email. We custom make bags, every detail requires personal attention.
Payment
• Normal production (7-10 weeks w/ocean freight): 50% down to start production for first time clients.
• Rush production (3-6 weeks w/air freight shipping): 100% prepayment
• Net 30 can be offered to established clients with excellent credit.
CA Prop 65 compliant
• All our pre-designed bags have been tested, meet and exceed CA Prop 65 requirements.
• Custom orders can be tested upon client’s request.
• Standard ready-made material on the market may not have been tested for client’s specific purposes. If special tests or requirements are needed, a written request needs to be submitted when the order is placed and extra cost will be assessed.
Trademark use
• We assume that the customer has received all logo authorizations prior to sending artwork to us.
• Trademarks, registered marks, and logos shown on our products are to demonstrate print production capabilities only, and are the property of their respective owners.
• We reserve the right to use all product samples and images for marketing and display purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing when the order is placed.
