zhà CODED SKIN WORKSHOP The Workshop by ZHA CODE Involves experimentation with Gyroid Form and thus producing different forms finding an interesting form that can be aesthetically used in using for a dress- architecture for the Human body using parametric designing. the workshop involved 3d printing and laser cutting fabrication method and was presented as ZHA CODE work in the MILAN DESIGN WEEK 2016 .

auxshel “Deployable Reciprocal shells Through Auxetic behavior” Master Thesis A Research & Development Hypothesis

“Deployable Reciprocal shells through Auxetic behavior” is a hypothesis that discusses the possibility of fabricating Double Curved Shell Structures made with self supporting Reciprocal frames and are easy to deploy , and this is achieved by the specific behavioral study from Auxetic materials This can be a possible advancement in construction when compared to the current construction methods followed for constructing shell structures . With the latest and future advancement such as digital computation , via latest softwares and digital fabrication like 3d printing and laser cutting , the hypothesis can be made close to reality .

skew METRO RETROFIT Redesign of Station Missouri @ Piazza Velasca , Milan Finding Inspiration from the History of the missori station , the geometries are inspired from the geology of broken rocks that are representative of the buried relics found from the missori area during the excavation of missori . this shows the historical importance of this station standing out from others

Urban Tree Social Housing Complex @ Via Brunetti, Milan The Project involves the design of a township in Via Brunetti ,Milan. The challenge was to create a social housing complex that creates maximum socializing and trying to bring back the Greens inside the existing urban concrete jungle. The design creates a linage of buildings that create a first boundary of tall buildings ,Metamorphosing Urban areas, enclosing shorter buildings that metaphors as the Suburban areas. Bringing together the two types of lives that you can enjoy in a Urban nexus


Master Plan

The master plan was to create a central axis that connect through via the building tunnel in between. One side of the main axis is the urban character of the site with busy streets and dense buildings And on the other side-crossed over the building we have the suburban character with lesser house and more green



crown Technet redesign Redesign proposal to add two extra floor in the existing technet tower, Milan. The project has to increase the value of the building starting from the project appraisal analysis, until final detailed drawings and structural calculations. The form finding is done with computational design and algorithms as the external shell cover.

memoir CEMETERY PROPOSAL We thought that A visit to the tomb would be to recall HOW THEY LIVED rather than Mourn their death So the Proposal ‘s Key feature was to contain the elements of ones memoir in a glass case with their created remains as display. Preservation of Manufactura Di Legnano

The Preservation and redesign of Manufactura legnano, a famous textile factoy built 100 years ago. the project went through a thorough Study and understanding about the level of decomposition of every materials na then proposing an alternative for preservation along with a new design proposal to enhance the reuse of this space. The proposal was to create a Tech hub that houses startup offices and exhibition spaces and a Void theme park for the large factory space at various levels

Walkie_Scorchie Facade Redesign @ London_UK

The Walkie talkie building in London has faced Extreme criticism for its consequences of its concave shape. though the braille sollei has been found for the solution it doesn’t allow optimum light increasing its energy usage. So we tried proposing a dynamic facade that optimally controls the wind flow and sun shine inside the building optimizing its energy consumption.

Office building design Salma construction, a renowed builder in Chennai had a requirement for an outstanding eye-catchy unique building for its office space. The design motto was to show a unique advancement in the latest construction through the facade design and as a landmark design experiment for its future buildings. The concept started with intersecting forms of diagonal and horizontal lines and slowly progressed with development of the form through Digital computation via simulation until construction details and execution on fragment development .

Parametric Facade design: The Proposed pattern was Conceptualiosed and Fabricated with the help of Grasshopper and Rhino. The Final Facade was custom fabricated using Robotic Laser cutting of ALCO panels and customised joineries for facade . This Iconic facade was featured in blogs and magazine and appreciated in the community of parametric designers


TATA NQ Office Interiors @ Mambattu, India

CONSTRUCTED An Office building from concept development to built this 25000 s.ft Office space for TATA Chemicals tested horizons in terms of scale and creativity in office space at the same time. The idea was to personify the traits of the Brand into the character of the spaces .Each space personifies the look and feel of a specific character exhibited by the person that NQ brand stands for.



Lord Of the Drinks RESTO BAR design @ Chennai, India

CONSTRUCTED Lord of the Drinks is a medivial themed Resto Bar in Chennai up and running since 2019. Inspiration was taken from Lord of the rings and Game of thrones with highlights elements from these as a point of attraction. The interesting challenge was to bring the new tech services into the medieval themed interiors which was well handled by the MEP team.

Enrolled since 2016 I ahve attended more than 10 crtical Crits ranging from 2nd year to Thesis Jury for the students . This Involvement has perpetually kept me in touch with Very innovative Design Ideas from fresh minds , which inturn has motivated me to explore and update myself on whats Hip and new in the field

For 10 months from Nov 2016 - Aug 2017 A short teaching experience as a part time assistant professor in MNM jain college, Chennai filled a year break from my Masters course. In additional to teaching History the Mentoring of Architectural Design studio for the bachelor’s students gave me a wide knowledge about design approach and ideas. The teaching career gave me a wider perspective and knowledge through sharing of knowledge from both Professors and students of the University.

My responsibility also Extends to formulating ghe QUESTION PAPER for the All India level ,Weekly mocktests across various subjects. This has kept me on foot to learn and know New stuffs every day
