Trave l Ad v ice As a result of COVID-19, the current Irish government guidelines require all people travelling from outside of the Republic of Ireland to complete a Public Health Passenger Locator Form, and self-isolate for 14 days. You will find more information about this here. The guidance on the requirements of self-isolation are governed by Irish public health regulations and details are found here

St u de n t Acco m m o da t i o n To enhance the experience of moving to a new city, we always recommend that first year students stay in one of the RCSI recommended student accommodation residences, and this year is no different. We have three student accommodation options that we are recommending this year for newly arriving students: Mercer Accommodation, Scape Student Accommodation and Mill Street. In choosing to live in one of these accommodation units, we will be able to provide you with resources and supports, that are dedicated to you as a first year student. These include having your wifi, laptop, IT account details and orientation packs ready for you on arrival. If you are feeling unwell at any stage, we will also be in a position to provide the full supports of our medical and welfare teams to ensure that you are well cared for at all times. In this current COVID year, we see a real value in having as many first year students living in centralized accommodation, close to the College to enable us to provide the highest level of care and attention. This will allow us to keep in touch with you and provide the supports that we wish to have available to our new students. It will also allow us to guarantee that each facility is maintained, cleaned and operated to the highest standards. To encourage student to stay in one of these recommended accommodation units we are negotiating a discount across a range of rooms for first year students. Details of the price reduction and booking arrangements will be available in the 10th June document. If you have already made a booking with one of these accommodation units, the discount will also be applied to your booking.
