evan williams egg nog french toast Servings: 1 person (2 slices of bread) Ingredients: - 1/4 c. Evans Williams Egg Nog - Nutmeg - 2 Slices Udi's Gluten Free Bread

- 1 Organic Egg - Cinnamon

Start: with 1/4 Cup Evan Williams Egg Nog in Bowl Add: 1 Whole Organic Egg Add: 1 Dash Nutmeg and 1 Dash Cinnamon Mix: the Egg Nog, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and the Egg together to create a blended mixture for the bread to soak up. Dip: Using 1 piece of Udi's bread place the piece in the mixture for 30 seconds; flip the bread; allow the second side to soak for another 30 seconds. This will allow the bread to be full of flavor. Cook: Lightly spray a skillet with Non-Stick Cooking Spray and cook on Medium Heat until firm enough to flip, a light golden to lightly brown in color. Serve: Sprinkle with blueberries, or fresh fruit as desired.
