TRENCH WARFARE

The trench coat made a huge splash on all the SS/23 runways. The sophisticated and sleek coat that ‘never goes out of style’ was featured in Fendi (pictured right), Moschino, Givenchy, Burberry and Prada. It’s a great coat for all seasons as it’s long and waterproof, perfect for those April showers. Most designers favoured tan, beige or brown but the trench can work in any colourway as proved by Burberry’s dark grey pictured below and Topshop’s black version below.
