Pop princess Miley Cyrus is back with her eighth studio album ‘Endless Summer Vacation’ released on March 10th.

She’s definitely matured from her ‘Hannah Montana’ and ‘Wrecking Ball’ days, having released single ‘Flowers’ celebrating love, courage and heartbreak to huge commercial success and radio airplays.

‘Endless Summer’ promises to be more of the same and has been described by the singer as her “love letter to Los Angeles” where she has recently moved although the lyrics seem uncannily enough to reference the end of her marriage to Liam Hemsworth.

Cyrus split up with her Australian actor Hemsworth in 2019 with both parties citing “too much conflict in the marriage.”

There’s a verse in single ‘Flowers’ in which Miley sings, “Built a Home and watched it burn.”

The new album was recorded in L.A. (hence the nod to her endless summer there).

Chris Hemsworth’s wife Elsa Pataky had a few words to say about the rumours the album is about her brother-inlaw.

“It’s a very old topic for us,” she said. “If someone should talk, it should be Liam, but I think she (Cyrus) can do what she wants.” When asked if she’s kept in contact with Cyrus, Hola! reported that Pataky said, “Not anymore because we live in different countries and it’s difficult.”

Prior to the breakup, Pataky, who’s been married to Chris since 2010, appeared to have a close relationship with Cyrus.

Miley At Her Finest

The ‘Endless Summer Vacation’ album has been tipped to be her finest work yet. It features production from music greats Tyler Johnson, Kid Karpoom and Greg Kursten.

The former ‘Hannah Montana’ star wrote several songs with acclaimed producer Michael Pollack and Gregory “Aldae” Hein. They were conceived only with piano, then evolved into their final versions.

‘Endless Summer Vacation’ is released on both digital and physical formats this March 10th, through Columbia and is being teased with billboards promising ‘New Year, New Miley.’
