Long-terms Goal Helps set an objective to work towards Its´s easy to lose motivation if you don´t set long-term goals for yourself Ask yourself what you want to accomplish and how you can get there. Long-term goals are usually at least several years away. Sometimes it takes many steps to complete a long-term goal. 2. Short-terms Goal Set small weekly goals that you can work towards Without short-term goals it´s easy to get overwhelmed and stressed By separating your goals in to small parts it makes the tasks easier to approach. is something you want to do in the near future A short-term goal is something you want to accomplish soon. What is a Goal? A goal is the end toward which actions are directed or desires. Generally, it is identified with the objectives or purposes that a person or an organization sets.
