List 5 short term goals to 5 long term goals 1. Long-terms Goal  Helps set an objective to work towards  Its´s easy to lose motivation if you don´t set long-term goals for yourself  Ask yourself what you want to accomplish and how you can get there.  Long-term goals are usually at least several years away.  Sometimes it takes many steps to complete a long-term goal. 2. Short-terms Goal  Set small weekly goals that you can work towards  Without short-term goals it´s easy to get overwhelmed and stressed  By separating your goals in to small parts it makes the tasks easier to approach.  is something you want to do in the near future  A short-term goal is something you want to accomplish soon. What is a Goal? A goal is the end toward which actions are directed or desires. Generally, it is identified with the objectives or purposes that a person or an organization sets.
