MAKE THE BEST LASAGNA We have done our homework and bring you the best lasagna recipe. Enjoy this delicious, traditional and simple lasagna recipe with a unique taste. Layers of lasagna pasta stuffed with ground beef with Italian sausage and tomato sauce, seasoned with spices and cheese cover to perfection.
instructions I. In a large iron skillet over medium heat, seal well the Italian sausage and ground beef together with the onion and garlic. Incorporate the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce and water. Season with sugar, basil, fennel seeds, Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons parsley. Cover and cook over low heat for 1 ½ hours, stirring occasionally. II. Put enough water with salt in a pot and let it boil. Add lasagna and cook in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water. Reservation. Mix well the cottage cheese, egg ½ teaspoon salt and the rest of the parsley in a bowl. Preheat oven to 190 ° C. III. Spread 1 ½ cup meat with sauce on the bottom of a 22.5 x 33 cm refractory. Top with 6 cloves of lasagna. Blend a layer of the cottage cheese mixture over the lasagne and cover it with a third of the slices of mozzarella cheese. Pour 1 ½ cup meat with sauce over mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with ¼ cup Parmesan cheese. Repeat the layers and finish with a layer of mozzarella and parmesan. Cover with foil. To prevent it from sticking, spray with a little cooking spray or make sure you do not touch the cheese. IV.Bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for 25 more minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes

By: Octavio Serrano Ivan Alejo Covarrubias is 17 years old, he was born in Mexicali, and he is studying Biological chemistry at 6th semester at CETYS, and he has recently gone to a Chemistry National Olympiad, in which he had a bad experience that has cost him, the competition, and maybe even a medal and opportunities.
Who introduce you to chemistry and why? I started to like chemistry when I was at 3rd grade at middle school when I first get in to c h e m i s t r y a thought it was a very interesting science and I started to study it by my own.

How many years have you been studying chemistry and with what purpose? As I said before I started to study it sine 3rd grade at middle school, the purpose of this at the beginning was just interest, but after entering at 1st semester my purpose change because there where Olympic chemistries, and benefits of it of participating was very big, I could go to whatever university I wanted from Mexico, and that call my attention and since I like it I started to study it by myself.
How did you study for the competition?

For my competition, I went to the state phase and the first time I went as level B, but I couldn’t pass to the national, the 2nd time I went but as a level A and I was close to nationals, but the third time I went I pass the first phase I was one of the 8 selected level A. then I went to Tijuana a week, it was the experimental week, a very hard week, in this phase they put us very hard questions, because those where themes we haven’t seen. I had to study all these practices in the same day in order to made them because I haven’t seen these things.
What did the organization told you when they noticed they didn’t gave you all the material?
Did you ever thought you were going to a chemistry competition that important?
If you had won what would have been the benefits of wining?
Yes, because I’m a very dedicate person who likes to learn new things.
What happened in the National that make your competition so hard? The third time I went, all those months were just studying, I studied approximately 5 to 6 hour a day sometimes more, when I arrive to the national I notice that the other states where trained all the days, and I studied by my own, although I pass to nationals, not everyone passes because it’s not too much space in the laboratories, and I have an inconvenient in my practice, they didn’t gave it to me complete, but I had a good score, of Baja California I was the one with more points.
Did you ever complain someone to do something? why? Yes, I talked to Baja California’s deputy, but he couldn’t do much, the competition said that they

Will you ever participate in another competition? I’m at 6th semester so my carrier at the chemistry Olympic is over.
I was close to participate in a worldwide competition, or a iberamerican chemistry, I was very close of reaching it.
How did you feel when they didn’t give to you the complete practice? At first I was frustrated because I didn’t think they would gave me the materials, but latter ore frustrated because they started to give it to me but by parts. Those where one of the hardest days of my life because after all my effort, by an error that didn’t depend on me, I lost my competition I could have won a medal.
What is your next plan with chemistry? Teach someone, because that was one of my favorite experiences, I would like to someone to pass through that, and that motivates to study chemistry and that he goes t a national and win it.

What did your first competition feel like for you? Actually I felt very tired, like I was going to die. They always say, the first competition is the hardest and when I finished it I said to myself that I would never participate in one ever again. But with training and preparation it gets easier.

10. What advice would you give to beginners in triathlon? It’s a sport that requires a lot of discipline, many people want fast results and they think that they will achieve everything in a month, but they’re wrong. Perseverance and training together are the key of everything and if people do these the way they should be done, the results will come on their own.

When I was at Kindergarten there was a man who sell chickens outside the kinder, he used to sell colored chickens to the kids who wanted one. My mom thought it was a good idea to buy me a blue one, because that is my favorite color, this chicken would be my first pet, and later some of the funniest experience I have had. At first I was very happy with it, it was so small and beautiful, I could pet him, give him food, water, and play with him, and he didn’t ran away, he was safe with me. My house was near the kinder so I walked with my chicken in my hands to my house. As I arrived home, I started to play with the chicken a lot, I even made him a jacket out of foam, but I put him in the dirt so he started to get all messy, so I decided to give him a bath, and I went outside and put him on a cage. It was a windy day but I thought it didn’t matter if it was cold outside or not. So, I began with the bath, as I wash him, he started to shake really hard. I got so nervous I think the worst, my chicken was dying, so I tried to dry him but he was shaking more, if my father’s notice the chicken was dying she would punish me, so I took the chicken put him in a box and started to dig a hole on the ground.

When I finished the hole, I put the box in it, and the cover it, I was so scared, I was
burying my chicken alive, but that seemed the best plan I could think at that age. My grandfather was staying at home, and he asked me where is your chicken, and I lie to him, I said he ran away from home and I couldn’t catch him, somehow, he believed me. At night when we were all sleeping there was this sound that everyone could listen, it was the chicken, all of us can listen to it, everyone thought he returned home, but I knew he was underground, everyone started looking for it, but they couldn’t find it, I was about to tell my grandfather where he was, but I was so ashamed of what I did that I didn’t told him even though he is the person I trusted the most. Later that night I look through the window, and saw where the chicken was buried, as the picking started to sound less and less, I thought he could might gotten out of the box and got away. Truth is that I killed my first chicken I had ever had in the day they buy it. Since that day, I always see chickens and remember that day, I couldn’t make him last a whole day with me. Years later my dad told me he found him but he didn’t tell me anything just to teach me a lesson about how to take care of your pets.

A walk to remember takes place around 1950s in a small town in North Carolina. The two protagonists, Jamie and Landon, are in their last year of high school, reason why the book will have a teenage air, slightly different comparing to other novels of Sparks. Besides having a lot of importance to Cristian religion and everything possible to have a vision a bit outdated. Landon is consider as a bad boy, just because he makes a lot of pranks, but I think he is a simple teenage if we compare it with what some young people does today.
The novel is told from the point of view of Landon, he is an absolute superficial. He likes to dedicate his time pointing out the physical defects to everybody and worries how people think. Luckily Landon is changing a measure that advances the novel and its evolution is very credible, there is nothing from day to day, but it has

small advances that end up showing a Landon which is very different from the one who started telling us his story. That change that Landon gives is thanks to Jamie Sullivan. Jamie is such a sweetheart. She is considered as the weird one, the daughter of the pastor and the one that likes to dedicate her free time to be voluntary at the orphanage. She has no friends, many are not kind to her, but she always has a smile for everyone and a kind gesture. She is a good person whom no one has bothered to truly discover. But that will change when Landon desperate for not having any dates for the prom dance, he asks her as a last option. As the times passes by, Landon will start to know what is behind the appearance of Jamie, which hides an extraordinary person. Although, Landon is not going to fall is as easy as her feet. For what is more important appearances and do not want to imagine
what their friends would say if they knew that you are seeing the girl who always carries a bible in her hand and does not know how to dress. Landon never imagined that the pastor's daughter who almost always managed to said the prayer "by God's design" would totally change his life in a way that no one else in the world could have done, her heart pure and without trace of sin that wants to help Landon, help him believe in miracles. But it was never the intention of any of them that spending their time together would trigger new feelings and that they would live their own history with a deep secret. The love story between Landon and Jamie is very sweet and innocent because that’s how Jamie is. Also, we must not forget that we are in the 50's, so it’s a not passionate history between
two teenagers. Nicholas Sparks takes his time to develop the love story without haste, a regret of how short the novel. Landon falls in love with Jamie little by little and little by little it leaves the appearances to the side. A walk to remember is a very beautiful and sweet novel, which is worth finishing as short as it is. It reads with amazing ease and manages to move you from smile to tears without any effort. The story of Jamie and Landon has touched me and has turned out to be a very good reunion with Sparks. If you like this writer you have to read it, and if you have not read anything about him I think this novel is a good option.

Survey Students perspective about social roles in respect with gender

ender equality has been an issue since the beginning of times, but in this years, there’s been a group that has appeared (feminism) which looks for woman equality. There is another group contrary to feminism which is “machismo” that is when men think woman are less than them. With this questionnaire we want to know how do students see gender equality, and their opinion about it. The 93.3% of the students answered that gender equality is something relevant, this means that the students of CETYS woman and men should be treated as equal in any aspect, and just a few students answered that equality isn’t irrelevant.
Great part of the students that answered thinks that gender equality in promoted in CETYS because there is no preference when punishment, and they have the same opportunities. This means CETYS is doing a great work by encouraging values and gender equality. 86.67% of the students who answered think men and woman are equal in the school ambit, this means we can see that in CETYS both man and woman are threat equally no matter what, they both do the same tasks, and go through the same things.

70% of the students are familiar with the word “Feminism”, and they say it’s when people support only woman, some other say is woman wanting gender equality, this means not all of the students has a straight idea of what feminism is.
In this question, answers where tight where 46.67% think feminism needs to do more impact and society, and 53.33% didn’t think feminism needs more impact, this means that feminism is already getting an impact in the community. Most of the students that answered this questioner said they were familiar whit the term “machismo”, they think it is when men have more power than woman and men think they are more than woman, although “machismo” is not something support by CETYS they know what it is.
Most of the students think that there’s a “male chauvinist” attitude between their friends on CETYS, this is quite disappointing because this means equality in CETYS is not being taken by students although its being support by the school.

A media where we talk and play with our old childhood friends, it was a chat in which we could interact to many different ways with that one person on the other side of the monitor. If you're a 90s kid, the thrill of that MSN Messenger sign-in screen still won't have left you. You still get shivers of joy at the memory of all your friends' names popping up as you pondered whether your display name was really cool enough, before having a four-hour 'convo' with the person you'd just spent all day with. One of the things that people that once had Messenger must did was sending buzzing, and it was the best way to bother your friends, the best thing was that you could send consecutive buzzing. One of Messenger’s advantage was that we could personalize everything, one of the things that everyone spend effort on what the presentation we had, also known as status. It was a small word limited text, localized under the nickname,
and you could write whatever you wanted. Lots of people wrote their favorite inspirational quotes, music they were listening to, and in some cases hints for their exes; conformed by a set of phrases and emojis that the person’s status could related to or represented. And how to forget about the famous winks, now called stickers according to Facebook but, of course never will be replaced.
