WHOLESALE TERMS
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Minimum opening order is $150, minimum reorder is $100. Orders can be made via email, phone, online, or via your local sales representative.
Order payment is required prior to shipping, either through check, PayPal or credit card. Upon request, payment terms (i.e. Net30) will be considered for retailers with a credit sheet and an established relationship with 1canoe2.
1canoe2 reserves the right to cancel items out of stock less than $50 in value off the order.
SHIPPING
Paid orders ship promptly within 3-5 business days via UPS. If expedited shipping is required, the additional fees are the customer’s responsibility, and the request for expedited shipping must accompany the order. 1canoe2 is not responsible for any carrier delays. All orders ship from our Bowling Green, KY fulfillment center. Please contact us for international shipping inquiries.
PRICING
1canoe2 requires that any price lower than the minimum advertised price shall not appear on retailers’ websites or advertisements. Any violation of the pricing policy will result in the account being suspended.
ADJUSTMENTS,
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Adjustments must be made within 48 hours of submitting an order. Orders may not be canceled. Returns of damaged goods only will be accepted if 1canoe2 is notified within one week of receipt of merchandise. In such cases, refunds will be processed via original form of payment.
ONLINE COMMERCE
1canoe2 prohibits retailers from reselling product on third party sites such as Etsy, Amazon, and eBay. Doing so without permission will result in the account being suspended. 1canoe2 also prohibits retailers from reselling product on any wholesale site.
EXCLUSIVITY
1canoe2 strives to be sensitive to current retailers and their territory and try to prevent overlap wherever possible, however, we cannot guarantee exclusivity. If you have territory questions or concerns, please contact us.
