The words we speak are never neutral, because language doesn’t simply describe reality. It creates it. With every word we utter, we’re either speaking into existence a reality we desire or actively creating a reality we dread. We cannot speak about being broke and attract prosperity. We can’t complain about feeling abandoned and attract great love. We can’t criticize everything that’s wrong with a situation and simultaneously invent its improvement. We can only focus on one reality at a time—what we want or the absence of it—and the words we speak moment-by-moment are an indication of which way we’re leaning.

WORDS SUMMON CREATIVE ENERGY

When we say, “It shouldn’t be like this,” “Life is hard” or “Why can’t I get what I want?” we set into motion a powerful stream of unwanted energy. If you’ve ever watched one person’s negativity amplify the negativity in others, you understand this firsthand. Fortunately, the reverse is also true. We all have the ability to choose our thoughts, our perceptions—and our words—on purpose. When we change the way we speak about our life, we reclaim the power to change its trajectory. Here’s how to go about it:

Use Unwanted Experiences to Clarify Your Desire Every unwanted experience presents you with a fundamental choice: You can complain about all that appears to be going wrong, or you can focus on what you now desire. In any uncomfortable circumstance, resist the temptation to complain, and focus instead on the clarity that’s been born within you. Ask yourself, “What do I want to experience in this area of my life, and how would I like this situation or relationship to look and feel?” Then make a commitment to speak always in favor of what you desire, never in contradiction to it.

Break Your Desire into Its Essential

Form Behind every desire—big or small—is a longing to experience a certain feeling. If life has shown you that you want a better job, a bigger house or a fitter body, try to identify the emotional payoff you believe you’ll receive once this goal is realized. Do you believe you’ll experience a feeling of pride or satisfaction, or one of serenity or freedom? Use as many words as you can conjure to describe the energy you’re reaching for.

Invite the Essence of Your Desire into

Your Life As you connect with the energetic essence of your desire in each important area of your life, allow yourself to identify the thoughts, the attitudes—and the words—that would align you with this energy. In other words, if you had already attained everything you’re now striving for, what types of conversations would you be having with yourself and with others? Have these conversations now. When you shift your language, you shift everything.

Tooth Decay, Disease, and Healing!

by Dr. Yolanda Cintron

When I see photos, X-rays and CT scans of a new patient, I can tell their medical history. Even before I read it, I can see what’s going on in their bodies just by looking at their mouth. Who came first—the egg or the chicken? We don’t know. Sometimes, we do. Do you know that the statistics are that the younger generation will not outlive their parents?

When I was growing up, I really never heard of my friends being sick. It was a rarity. Yet daily, I have patients in their 20s and 30s who have terminal illnesses and some have passed away. I have also been inspired by this past month’s events of those young adult patients unstoppable in their quest for real answers, not accepting that it is normal to be sick at such young ages, looking to heal their conditions now. With so much info available and so many remedies at our fingertips, why are we in this state?

The truth is, we live in a toxic world; it’s shocking to hear one after the other, each patient telling me they never knew they had to brush, floss and clean their tongue in the manner that we’re teaching them. So, we spend a great deal of time coaching our patients because it’s so unnecessary to have decay due to poor hygiene. To that end, we’re posting a YouTube video and also on DrYolie.com, “Brush, floss, scrape your tongue; repeat!”

Some of the patients come in pain and some have none; some are so sick yet until now never connected their medical condition to their mouth. Remember, if your mouth is sick, your body is also sick.

BD is a typical patient: 27-years-old with Hashimoto’s, including anxiety, depression, digestive issues. Tooth pain. Exhausted, can’t concentrate. Our finds: Bleeding gums, poor hygiene, abscesses, hopeless teeth, rampant decay inside but not outside. The outside looks okay. We take photos for proof positive. How can somebody so young have been suffering from viral issues since childhood?

Our journey is to go over lifestyles, and it’s not uncommon to see that there is a lack of knowledge about oral hygiene, diet, habits, mindsets or even one’s purpose in life. Comprehensive means not only how to brush, floss and clean your tongue, but what you eat and how and what you think. Do not accept labels for your condition (not even from a doctor), e.g. “my anxiety, my Hashimoto’s”. Don’t make an unwelcome guest welcome. 1. Diet. Keep it alkaline. Reduce snacking. Vegetables are great. Our modern diet and fast foods are full of carbs. 2. Stress. Your thoughts produce chemical reactions in your mouth and body. Anxiety, uncertainty, fears, anger and worry increase the acidity of your mouth. As a man thinks, so he is. Choose wisely. 3. Purpose. God created you with a purpose in mind. When you find your purpose, you will know. As you serve others with your gifts, you experience joy. When you’re one in thought, word, feeling and action, you will be in alignment. Having integrity makes you whole. Being whole keeps you healthy. So check and tune into your body by tuning into your spirit.

The scientific community, alternative doctors and quantum physicists have proved and believe that prayer works. They’re in alignment that God, the highest power, the Holy Spirit, the Master Intelligence exists and works. By Seeking God and prayer, people have been healed throughout history and continue to do so every day, when we live that way. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience.

Over 2000 years ago, Jesus exercised the ministry of healing, and the gospels are littered with examples of him curing the sick: “He laid his hands on each of them and cured them.” (Luke 4:40)

Jesus assured us, “I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father. You can ask for anything in my name, and I will do it, so that the Son can bring glory to the Father.” (John 14:12-13 NLT)

My favorite scripture reminds me of many of my patients who want to touch his hem:

“Now there was a woman who had been suffering from hemorrhages for twelve years; and though she had spent all she had on physicians, no one could cure her. She came up behind Jesus and touched the fringe of his clothes, and immediately her hemorrhage stopped. Jesus said, ‘Someone touched me; for I noticed that power had gone out from me.’ When the woman saw that she could not remain hidden, she came trembling; He said to her, ‘Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace.’” (Luke 8:43-48)

God’s Rx for Health: 1. Seek God first; seek ye first the kingdom of heaven and all else will follow. 2. Be still and know I Am. Philippians 4:6 says: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” 3. Pray, without ceasing. 4. Love. Laugh. Give. 5. Rest. 6. Receive. 7. Give Thanks. What are you grateful for?

I love you. You inspire me. God bless you.

All Love,

Dr. Yolie
