Dan Long’s TRX Quad Exercises for Your Legs TRX Leg Exercise #1: Jump Lunges

Stand in a normal position facing your TRX anchor point. Bring your handles in to your chest close together. Jump lunges are basically backward lunges by jumping. Get into a lunge position.


Then jump changing foot positions and back into a lunge. Keep looking at your anchor point as you perform these TRX Jump Lunges. Perform this exercise for 45 seconds. Take a short minute break before moving on to the next workout.


TRX Leg Exercise #2: Static Lunge With Hop

Place your TRX suspension trainer in single hand mode (left inside right). Place your right foot inside the foot cradle facing away from the anchor point. Look straight ahead and keep focused, go down into a lunge and back up with a hop.


Do this on your right leg for 45 seconds and repeat on your left leg. No need to get to high, just make sure that you get off the ground.


TRX Leg Exercice #3: Double Leg Quad Extension

Get down on your hands and knees and place both feet inside the foot cradles. Place hands a little further out than shoulder width with knees under your hips. With your knees and feet locked together, do a total extension up by doing a quadracep extension like if you were doing it on a machine. This exercise is basically a knees up off the ground extending your hips up. See the images below for start and finish positions.

Do this exercise for 45 seconds.


These three TRX quad extension exercises are excellent for your legs and you will definitely feel the burn in your quads. By performing these exercises on a regular basis as part of your current suspension workout routine, you will get amazing results and incredible looking legs.
