Ivan explained that the initial review is free of charge and will begin with a discussion about the client's main concerns. There is no obligation to proceed but clients who decide to take further advice will be offered a tailored programme with a dedicated named adviser on hand to answer any queries which may arise. Of course, financial advice will involve costs but Ivan confirmed that charges can be structured to suit clients’ circumstances and are always discussed openly and transparently.
