Hi, I am a fourth year architecture student at School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal. I love to sketch and whenever I get time, I try to rethink spaces in my own way. I want to explore more in the field of parametric design and how I can come up with innovative structural systems. I spend the rest of my time either at the basketball court or in my room playing the ukulele. Rashtriya Military School Ajmer, Rajasthan B. Arch. of

The site chosen was in Panchsheel Nagar which is on the outskirts of Ajmer and is growing very rapidly in terms of commercial and residential activities. The vertical scheme is such that the ground floor and the first floor consist of all the retail shops, second floor serves the purpose of food court/gaming zone and the double heighted top floor consists of the multiplex.

The service corridor runs from the back and gets connected to the second floor for the restaurants. The cinema hall exit staircase from the top floor also opens on one side of the food
Facing west, The planning has been done according to the sun path as it is very harsh during the afternoons, so a diamond pattern facade is provided for diffused lighting in areas like the food court. The atrium also gets protected by the sun with the help of tubular

The concept of the mall facade arises from traditional Rajasthani Art of tie n dye called ‘Bandhani‘. Bandhani prints usually consist of a lot of diamond shapes which have voids in them and these shapes are thus repeated in a diagonal grid to get such patterns. The facade consists of different sizes of these voids as we move away from the central
The form of the building is designed in such a way that the glass covered atrium gets protected from the harsh sun by one side of the block and the edges have been filleted for fire safety routes and smooth traffic flow near docking area. Also for the basement parking area which goes down to two levels.

architecture students can experiment with the possible orientations in whichever way they desire as they will get an opportunity to try life size model making through these boards. The other paneling system consists of magnetic boards which follow a 3X3 grid and can be moved around freely whether it is on floor or a rail for smooth transitions between presentations. These boards can be flipped open for the purpose of placing models and extra sheets. The whole system provides a space for a total number of 20 A0 sheets.

A space where presentation goes hand in hand with learning. It consists of a grand exhibition hall with innovative paneling systems, a gallery with DIY(Do It Yourself) presentation boards that can rotate, 12 studio spaces with panel boards running on rails and a stage for digital Thepresentations.concept
2. Small enclosures can be formed with the help of 4-5 boards.
4. By repeating such modules students can come up with innovative designs for their exhibit.
MODULAR DIY BOARDS
1. These Boards consist of six slits on the edges for interlocking.
3. Modules can be formed which can offer vertical spaces for sheets and horizontal spaces for models.

The depression formed in the middle of the building also signifies the shape of a wingsuit and represents flight. The spatial planning is done in two parts in order to maximize the view for interior spaces as in 40 sqm we provided two bedrooms in one part with a common washroom and living, dining and kitchen areas along with storage in the other part.
Tugela Falls is the second highest waterfall in the world and provides a sloped site at a depth of 6-10 m from the top, making it a perfect site for construction of an off-grid extreme habitat for a family of four adventurous wingsuit gliders.
A Garden Space connects both of these parts and also lies underneath the flow of water, as some water can also be utilized for the garden.
GETAWAYGLIDER
This site will allow them to engage in gliding whenever they want to and it is also situated at a roughly flat patch following the path of the waterfall which also interacts with the building as we have designed in such a way that the water flows through the center of the building and doesn’t get disrupted.

The building is connected to the mountain on one side and the rocks have been incorporated in the design in order to work hand in hand with nature as the interior opens up to the views of the mountains on one side and rocks on the other which add a rustic look to the setting making it aesthetically pleasing.

Turbines have been placed in the roofing system in order to generate electricity and keep the water running also. The garden space is just underneath so that the water dripping off can be used for plantation and the rest of the water just flows directly down the roof and joins the stream again.
A place where squealing and babbling can be heard in every nook and corner, moreover every lane. The building’s architecture plays with light and shade, open yet closed areas, and a lively atmosphere filled with children’s hustle and Thebustle.healthcare

centre’s indirect green opening provides a secure entrance which leads us to the administrative centre. Diffused daylight colours the earth and bamboo walls as voids let the breeze in from the central courtyard.
The overall design incorporates a variety of natural and man-made material. The room beneath is insulated by a double roof of straw and corrugated sheet and the use of earth blocks on the walls makes the construction fireresistant.

Caffeinest is a small public library which rests on the backdrop of our college lake. The form of the building was designed such that it accomodates innovative furniture and walls that can incorporate the functions of a book Theshelf.material chosen for making such intricate organic shapes from the inside was wood as it follows a contoured path throughout the building and serves the function of multiple shelves for keeping the books. Not just that, the waffle shaped walls also help in maximizing daylight in the building so that it becomes energy efficient. The furniture present in the building also gets
The library has outdoor reading spaces facing the lake where people hang out most of the times. The outer form remains cuboidal while the inner form just resonates with the flow of the Curtainbuilding.walls are placed at the longer facades which make a very good environment to read in while the mezzanine floor can be accessed by ladders for reading in isolation.

I spend most of my time learning how to make complex organic forms and the detail that goes into it. Rhino/Grasshopper workflow allows me to achieve that and here are some models and some famous building replicas that i like a lot.
Rhino a day was a workshop I attended which was a week long course teaching the basics of Rhinoceros and Grasshopper with the help of models of famous buildings.

A space for underprivileged children of Kenya where they can learn, play and gather for A-mazeevents. is a small maze which consists of a sitting space for the football field on one side and an open classroom under trees on the other. Trees nearby have also been used to make modules for teachers where they can monitor kids.

ORB IT Ever heard of space pollution? Broken satellites and Asteroids which keep orbiting around our planet are the reason for it and every year lots of cases arise where space debris causes Todamage.counter that, Orbs came into the picture which were mere balls of light that can attract space debris and convert them into cubes(made out of pipes and planes). These cubes then find their way into our atmosphere and get converted into floating trees and residences which further cluster around and create more orbs to shoot back into the outer space. Hence, a cycle gets established where built forms reduce the damage caused by space debris and make a difference in the society. Orbs Dwelling
