With your approval, I place a complimentary Sellers’ Coverage Home Warranty on your property during your listing with Landmark Home Warranty. If an appliance or covered item breaks on your property while you are listed, you can tend to it yourself, or you can call Landmark Home Warranty’s hotline number and for a $60 service fee, they will schedule with you a service technician to repair the broken item.
