OVERVIEW Ancient Roots Yoga Teacher Training is a unique certification that blends traditional yogic wisdom and practices with Ayurveda, yoga's sister science. This 200-hour experience is recognized by Yoga Alliance and honors the great Sivananda lineage.

MATERIALS You will be provided with all needed course materials including notes and yoga modification tools; straps, pillows, and blankets. All students are required to bring their own yoga mats to all classes. Students are also required to purchase textbooks, which average about $65 per student.

REQUIREMENTS This yoga training program is a cumulative and an intensive learning process. For this reason, students are required to adhere to our attendance policy.

EVALUATION Student evaluations are a combination of practice teaching, observation, critiques, and leading student classes. Students will also be required to complete regular reading assignments with verbal and written examinations.
