This set inspired the production of the 9minute documentary on Ululation by Director Mr Fumani Eddie Tekere.

Between 1983 and 1987, the Zimbabwean government deployed the North Korean trained Fifth Brigade into the Southern region of the country to carry out a genocide. In 2010, Owen Maseko, a visual artist from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, made an exhibition about the atrocities, it was titled “Sibathontisele”. He was arrested within 24 hours, while the exhibition was banned for five years. Eleven years later Maseko revisits the exhibition with poet Philani A. Nyoni.
