Attached: 1. Invitation 2. Map 3. PowerPoint Slide Specifications Sheet

PowerPoint Slide Specifications Vinnies Social Justice Awards Each Awardee is asked to create one slide which will be played as they walk across the stage. This will take about 10-12 seconds, so there is no time for fancy animations, for they will distract the audience too much. Each Award has a separate colour – be sure to use the correct version. www.vinnies.org.au/vinnies-social-justice-awards-sa. The font to be used is Arial, bold, minimum size 32 Your name must be at the top; you may use WordArt for your name but it must be clear. If you are receiving an award on behalf of a group or class, the group’s name must be on the slide. If your award is school-based, your school name must be at the bottom; you may like to include your school crest. These may both be images so they are in school colours if you wish Highlight one or two good works Use the colour scheme provided for each award. You may use the ‘FILL EFFECTS’ to change the SHADING STYLES if you wish but we are trying to keep to the particular colour for each award. Include a photo of yourself - perhaps performing good works If other people are in the photograph, we will not use that photograph on the Internet unless we have media consent from them as well. We will still use them for the Awards Ceremony. These PowerPoint’s must be returned to ttaylor@svdpsa.org.au by Friday 14th August 2009. Please note, if a slide is not submitted, a slide with your name and school will be inserted on your behalf. This slide will have no photograph or details of your Good Works. The Event Committee reserves the right to alter slides if needed.
