Adelaide Central Plaza Centre Manager, Michael Vaughan says “Having a sense of social obligation to give back to the community means Adelaide Central Plaza supports the St Vincent de Paul Society with their good works. We all need to raise awareness and funds to assist those in the community who are less fortunate, especially in the cold months of winter”. During this coming winter Vinnies will provide food, warm clothes, blankets and shelter to thousands of homeless people in South Australia! Vinnies state office receives around 250 calls a week requesting assistance. Through annual events such as our Vinnies Big Change Box at Adelaide Central Plaza we hope to raise not only $50,000, but vital community awareness during our Winter Appeal.
