Vinnies State Manager of Centres, Tony Thornton says that in addition to the traditional budgetconscious shopper, a new breed of shopper is looking for unique pieces at great prices. “We are seeing more and more of the ‘fashionista’, on the trawl for anything vintage and retro, especially for big events like the Spring Racing Carnival.
