The SVF Series 41 Rev3 Flanged Ball Valves are high performance, standard port valves certified to API-607, API-608 and feature an ISO 5211 mounting pad for easy actuation. An OSHA compatible latch-lock handle comes standard, and a variety of seats and seals are available for a wide range of industrial applications.

SERIES 41 REV3 DESIGN FEATURES Standard ported valves certified to API-607, Anti-Static Certified to API-608 to meet the additional design, operational and performance requirements of the Petroleum Refining, Petrochemical Processing and Chemical Processing Industries Standard NACE MR 0175 Live-loaded stem packing ensures seal-tight pressure containment even under thermal cycling Standard seat material is TFM1600TM. The SVF Series 7B41 Flanged, Full Ported Ball Valves are designed specifically for Hydrogen Peroxide Service. The materials of construction have been selected to meet the specific needs of Hydrogen Peroxide and the valve internals are designed to eliminate areas of entrapment where decomposition may occur.

SERIES 7B41 DESIGN FEATURES 316 Stainless Steel cast materials are passivated for H2O2 applications All valves are cleaned, bagged and sealed according to ASTM G-93 to remove contaminants An upstream vented ball provides pressure relief in the “Open” or “Closed” position TFM1600TM seats and PTFE seals are compatible with H2O2 (1/2” ~ 2 1/2”)

Permanently affixed flow arrow ensures pressure relief alignment with process design Built-In ISO 5211 direct mounting pad for easy automation

Valve Position Sensor A low profile sensor that delivers valve position status in demanding environments (IP67). The technology utilizes two reed devices that sense a magnetic target in the Open and Closed positions.

The SVF NEXUS-LS is a reliable and compact position feedback device.

The NEXUS-LP is a discrete valve controller optimizing a solution for on/off valve control position sensing in the process industries. Equipped with low watt miniature pilot valves, position sensors, and optional bus communication technology, the NEXUS-LP helps plants, platforms, and pipelines improve productivity and increase safety in the harshest environments and toughest applications.

NEXUS-LS Design Features: q Fitted with two mechanical SPDT switches rated for 5A service. q NEMA 4/4X (IP67) enclosure

to satisfy outdoor protection.

q “Quick-Set” cam is spring

VECTOR

Pilot Valves The VECTOR Series pilot valves are UL/CSA approved, direct mount (NAMUR VDI/VDE 3845) valves used to pilot pneumatic actuators. The valve is a universal type (5/2 convertible to 3/2) and can be used on double acting or spring return actuators. Available in a NEMA 4 Version (VECTOR-PV4) and IP66, ATEX Version (VECTORPV7).
