We are more than a school...we’re the student section of an elite 8 basketball game, painted red and cheering loud. We are Tekes and Alpha SigmaAlphas turning students into brothers and sisters. We’re festivals and movie nights, dorm hangouts and coffeehouse open mic events. We’re even a community fundraising team, making a difference in the lives of those around us.

FIRST YEAR SUITES

The suites are designated for first-year students. The unique apartment-like design provides students with a living/study room, private bathroom and kitchenette.

All freshman units are fully equipped with air conditioning, wireless Internet, service and kitchenettes.

LIVING CENTERS

MJ Brandimore House, Living Center South, and Living Center Southwest also house first-year students. The four room styles in the building are complemented by study lounges and laundry facilities on each floor.

For those starving for the ultimate on-campus experience, SVSU provides an inspiring menu for the soul … not to mention an inspired menu of diverse dining options. Rotating daily offerings and food festivals available at the campus’ largest dining facility, the Marketplace at Doan, a Mongolian Grill, salad bar, bakery, and brick oven pizza are some of the more popular picks, but there’s plenty more. Eating made easy.
