Beechwood Village and Craylands News Issue 32, May 2017
Project Update! As residents will be aware we have started works on the West Phase with the site now hoarded and roads and drainage work due to commence shortly. We hope to be relocating the Builder’s compound in August which will free up this site for the new Community Hub, where we hope to start works soon afterwards. If you have any questions about the planning or project update, contact the Resident Involvment and Community Development team on 01277 844242 The scheme is now divided into three phases West, North and South. The plan below shows the future phases:
Phase 1 now complete!
We have now finished the vast majority of works for Phase 1, with the final four homes on Lincoln Road due for completion in May. There are three plots yet to be completed. Swan would like to thank all residents for their patience with these works and hope they are deligted to see Beechwood develop.

Do you pick up after your pooch? Did you know that you have a legal duty to clear up any mess it leaves behind? If you don’t, you could receive a fine! Danger: Not only is dog fouling unpleasant but, if ingested, can lead to toxocariasis which, in some cases, can lead to blindness. Young children are at the greatest risk of getting toxocariasis, as they are more likely to put things into their mouths and less likely to wash their hands properly. If you are a dog owner, please use of the dog bins available. This will help keep Beechwood a safe and pleasant place for everyone to live. This newsletter was printed in May 2017
