A Rede Autorizada: Com o objetivo de melhorar a recepção de vídeo em RF e AV dos Televisores LCD LC3245W e LC4245W, caso seja observado partes brancas da imagem saturando ou baixa relação de contraste. O seguinte procedimento de ajustes deve ser realizado: 1- Entre no modo de serviço: No controle remoto aperte a tecla MENU, depois pressione 5 vezes a tecla Chanel Return (CH RTN). 2- Escolha Color Temp 3- Faça o ajuste do R Gain, G Gain, B Gain, R OFF, G OFF e B OFF, conforme os dados da tabela abaixo. 4- Escolha a função “Picture”, e finalize os ajustes conforme tabela abaixo.

A Rede Autorizada: Com a crescente difusão de Televisores Lcd´s, os consumidores necessitam de orientação com referência à qualidade de imagem, que esta relacionada principalmente a resolução e quantidade de pontos na tela. De forma simples é como realizar o desenho de um cubo e usar 50 pontos apenas, e depois realizar o mesmo desenho com 200 pontos, que ficarão tão juntos que nem se parecerá mais com um desenho de pontos, e se assemelhará a riscos contínuos, conforme exemplo da Fig. 01.

Tomando como exemplo um Televisor LCD, que tem uma tela projetada para resoluções de 720 e 1080 linhas de varredura, ao receber um sinal analógico de 480 linhas proveniente de uma transmissão RF, não processara a imagem com qualidade similar a uma resolução de imagem superior tipo em HD (High Definition), dando a impressão ao consumidor de que na recepção de sinal analógico transmitido em RF, há deficiência de contraste, brilho e saturação da cor. Observe o comparativo de resoluções de tela na fig.02 abaixo:

Outra questão é relativa à saída de áudio dos Televisores LCD, que devido à limitação da profundidade do gabinete tem uma acústica inferior se comparado a um Televisor de gabinete com maior profundidade que propicia uma boa acústica. T V L C D: Profundidade menor, di mi nui a acústica interna.

T V C R T : Maior profundidade, mel hor acústica interna.
Portanto sempre que receber um Televisor LCD, que esteja funcionando normalmente e o consumidor questiona a qualidade de imagem e áudio, oriente-o conforme os esclarecimentos acima, pois é muito provável que o aparelho não tenha defeito, sendo apenas uma característica do aparelho do qual o consumidor ainda não está habituado.

A Rede Autorizada, Ao constatarem sintoma de defeito no Televisor LCD 2077Z, em que a saída de áudio apresenta ruído na condição de reprodução do som baixo, realize a conexão com um fio encapado, do anodo do diodo D632 ao terra da pci entre as duas bobinas, conforme exemplifica a foto abaixo:
Entre as duas bobinas raspem o verniz da pci e estanhe, para facilitar a soldagem do terminal do fio.

LCD’s DESLIGANDO ESPONTANEAMENTE. A Rede Autorizada, Ao receberem produtos LCD's dos modelos LC 3241W, LC3741W, LC4241W e também 32CV550, 37XV550, 42XV550, 46XV550, 52XV550 com o sintoma desligando sozinha/espontaneamente, verifique que não existe algum tipo de falhas nas conexões e após essa verificação entre em contato imediatamente com o suporte técnico solicitando o envio da PCI principal para o centro de reparo/oficina, pois esse tipo de falha esta relacionada à memória, e essa necessitam de equipamento especifico para a sua troca (BGA). Na tabela abaixo temos os códigos/NE’s das PCI's para preenchimento da NF de remessa para reparo.
