Key Findings Kable’s survey shows that retail banks are spending a significant portion of their ICT budgets (X%) on ICT hardware. In 2014, X% of retail banks are planning to increase their overall ICT expenditure (both slightly and significantly) in compliance and operational risk management. Online banking has been assigned the highest investment priority by retail banks, as X% of respondents consider it as one of the top three IT projects in 2014.
