The story of Dr. Zhivago is available as a novel, a film, and a television program. It is also a musical play. The movie version traces the life of Zhivago during World War I and the Russian Revolution.

The simple present tense is used in zero and first conditional sentences. We use the zero conditional to talk about a result that will always happen.
If water boils, it turns to steam.
We use the first conditional to talk a result that is likely to happen.
