Born in Miami FL and raised in Honduras, Andrea is a self-taught candy artist who is a creative at her very core.

She is passionate on providing her team an enjoyable work environment and treating them as an extended family (read more on that on the next page!)

Andrea has 7 dogs (all rescues!) and is a proud vegan, which is a core value in our company ethos We are proof that you can make gorgeous and delicious candy without the expense of others!

Her vision is to take SCC to new heights in the next 5 years, including the opening of two new storefronts on the east and west coast.

Sweet Caroline Confections was certainly a sweet accident. It all started in 2012: Our founder Andrea was making semi precious jewelry while working 6 years in private banking and made lollipops to give away at a jewelry show. Long behold, she received dozens of lollipop orders that very day. She became self employed within 6 months and she and her team now work out of a 3k sq ft facility and storefront in Denver CO.

Once you have placed your order, please follow steps below to submit artwork!

Finished logos/artwork must be emailed to stephen@sweetcarolineconfections.com

Artwork must be in high resolution JPEG or PNG format Please, no ai files

Wholesale priced logo lollipops will always be set up in a ROUND image.

If your logo is unfinished, or requires additional text, such as a website, we require a $25 artwork set-up fee.

Please note:

Due to time restrictions, we do not have the ability to create mock ups or samples of finished product before starting your order. We encourage clients to visit our website to see all the amazing work we have completed over our 10 years in business!

We are happy to discuss in detail what to expect in regards to creative visuals!

Our current minimum order quantity ("MOQ") is $150 00 which equates to 55 lollipops Higher MOQs + set up fees are required when ordering special logo lollipops that requires die-cutting or change of flavor

Our turnaround is 2-3 weeks on average, depending on the time of the year Our ordering windows provide sufficient time to order in anticipation for each season/holiday If you require your order quicker than our current turnaround, we offer a rush fee option of $50 to decrease turnaround by 1 week Due to the volatile environment of both labor and supply shortages, please note that our ship dates are always estimates We do not make promises on delivery dates or to deliver by specific event dates It is each customer's responsibility to order with sufficient time prior to any scheduled events

Our team and dedicated facility are located in and ships from 3483 S Broadway Englewood Colorado Our facility is FDA registered and holds an A+ health rating with the Colorado Health Department

All orders purchased directly from us are final sales We do not allow exchanges due to the edible nature of our product Any order we ship via the Faire Wholesale platform can be returned to Faire for a risk-free trial (1st orders only) This must be done through Faire

We currently do not drop ship. All orders placed via wholesale must be shipped to the same address.

Shelf life can be up to one year as long as you follow storage instructions we send with each order. Like chocolate with heat, our candies' worst enemy is high humidity, therefore we require you store your lollipops in less than 35% humidity. Please note that humidity is independent from A/C temperatures. We encourage storage with a few plastic bins with humidity dessicants and/or a DEhumidifier. The less humidity, the longer your lollipops will last! SCC is not liable for improper storage of loillipops which may shorten shelf life.

We offer exclusivity only in extreme cases that involve promissory notes to lock in future orders and exclusivity in your area (up to a 20 mile radius). Otherwise, we are open to selling to any retailer in your area.

Yes! We ship to all countries. On occasion, we have found customs issues with shipping to countries such as Spain, Portugal and a handful of Latin American countries. Please inquire beforehand to request shipping restrictions to your country Please see our Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") for further information on international shipments

Please rest assured that you are receiving best pricing with our wholesale discount! We occasionally offer discounts and/or free shipping which can be enjoyed while those offers are available We do not retroactively apply discounts

We require full payment on all sales before adding that order to our production queue. Net terms are approved on case-by-case basis on orders over USD1,000. More information in our T&Cs! Four payment financing options are also offered through Klarna.

T E R M S & Conditions & Conditions

The parties noted in these terms and conditions are hereinafter referred to as Sweet Caroline Confections or SCC ("seller") and client ("client "buyer" or "recipient"). Faire and any other 3rd Party Wholesale Platforms will be referred to as "Faire" and/or "3rd Party Wholesale Platform". By purchasing from Sweet Caroline Confections, client agrees to the terms and conditions noted below.

All of our products are currently made to order. Our turnaround is 2-3 weeks on average, depending on the time of the year. Our ordering windows provide sufficient time to order in anticipation for each season/holiday.

Rush fees are available in order to meet exact delivery dates provided by client or to shorten turnaround time by 1 week (5 business days). SCC makes no promise on delivery dates without a rush fee attached to their order. Our ship dates are always estimates, therefore a rush fee will be required if order is needed by an exact date, such as a store opening, event, wedding, third party event (end consumer). A rush fee allows shorter production time and does not mean express shipping. Packages will still ship via Fedex Ground unless prior discussed with SCC. Rush fees may also be required if client wishes to order a season/holiday that has already closed. We reserve the right to increase/decrease our rush fee schedule depending on season/length of production.

All sales are final as soon as payment is accepted for an order directly through SCC. If client selects ordering through a 3rd party platform, such as Faire or Abound, they are welcome to submit a cancellation request through their client portal within 24 hours of placing their order. Any issues with cancellation done through Faire or any other 3rd party wholesale platform must be addressed directly with that platform's customer service.

All sales are final as soon as payment is accepted for an order directly through SCC. Due to the edible nature of our product, we do not accept exchanges. If in the rare occasion that client receives the wrong product, SCC will incur any and all expenses to ship out correct item(s).

If client is ordering through 3rd party wholesale platform, client is permitted a one time/first order return (done directly with 3rd party platform) if our product does not meet expectations. 3rd party wholesale platforms typically do not allow returns for custom/seasonal items such as logo lollipops.

It is the client's responsibility to know their country's food importing laws as well as any applicable permits required to import food. SCC holds zero liability for custom's holding of packages that may cause a delay or loss in delivery. Client is fully responsible for any customs and duty fees and taxes that may or may not be required for release of goods. No refunds/store credits will be offered by SCC for damage, delay or loss caused during customs inspections. SCC is not liable for shipment returns or disposal by shipping carrier/customs due to lack of paperwork or food licenses not held by recipient.

Slight color differentiations may occur when making a handmade product. Computer monitor color configurations may also take part in color variations of product on screen to product in person. If you do require EXACT color matching that you must approve in person, we encourage you to place order samples (approximately $30). Although we do our best to match branding colors, some tones may be slightly different. Our candies are also not 100% transparent due to the sugar boiling process required to create our confections and may have a slight yellow hint which may alter the color of the logo/sparkles used in the manufacturing on your order. We reserve the right to change any ingredient depending on market availability without prior notification to client.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual, company or individual representing a company. This applies to any company that does not align with SCC's values and mission; including, but not limited to: circuses, zoos, aquariums, seaquariums, roadside animal shows, animal processing plants, petting zoos, leather/fur companies, dairy farms, cheese companies, etc.

Client assumes all risk of personal injury, illness or death arising out of or resulting from consumption of food items provided by Seller and discharges Sweet Caroline Confections, and their respective owners, directors, officers, partners, and employees, and agents (hereafter referred to collectively as the "Releasees") from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or other expenses of any nature whatsoever for any personal injury, illness, or death (collectively, “claims") arising out of or resulting from the consumption of the food items provided by the Seller. This indemnity obligation shall also include reasonable attorneys' fees, investigation costs, and other costs and expenses incurred by Releasees with respect to any claims made against Releasees. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Releasees harmless from any claims released above or incurred by the Releasees in defending against any claims or liabilities released above. It is understood and agreed that this Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement shall not be construed as an admission of liability, and that any such admission is hereby expressly denied.

Sweet Caroline Confections holds zero liability for lost or damaged packages caused by any shipping carrier. We package each and every order with care (and plenty of bubble wrap and fragile stickers) and have no control over the way the package is handled once it leaves our hands.

In order to keep shipping costs low for our clients, we do not insure boxes for their value. If you require shipping insurance, client must advise this before shipping out as an add-on. Orders shipped through 3rd party wholesale platforms are insured by default, up to $100 on orders shipped via Fedex Ground and $50 on orders shipped via USPS (for orders going to Hawaii or Alaska). No refunds or replacements are promised by SCC in the instance that your package is damaged/delayed or lost by shipping carrier. Shipping insurance claims/refunds are not guaranteed by Fedex or SCC or any of its affiliates.

SCC's preferred method of shipment is Fedex. We use Fedex Ground for domestic orders and Fedex International for international orders. USPS is used for Hawaii and Alaska, unless otherwise requested by client. We do not ship to PO boxes or APOs. All of our packages are shipped under FOB terms (FOB Shipping Point) which means that client is liable for shipment as soon as it leaves SCC facilities. This applies for both domestic and international orders, shipped through any carrier. Shipping fees are as follows: 15% of subtotal for all domestic (USA) orders capped at $150 depending on size of order. We can quote a more accurate shipping cost before charging order. All International orders require client's Fedex or UPS account number prior to order placement. We also work with prepaid labels that must be emailed to us in a timely manner once we provide box specs to client.

Orders under $1,000, due upon receipt:

All orders under $1,000 must be paid in full upon order placement. SCC invoices clients through Square Invoices and can be processed with all major credit and debit cards. Klarna Financing is available for orders under $1,000, this works in four payment installments through Klarna.

We also accept check payment which must be mailed immediately to lock your order in. All physical checks must be mailed to:

Orders under $1,000 are added to our production queue once payment is received. We are not liable for any order delay caused by payment delay.

Client is responsible for any fees involving wire transfers.

Orders over $1,000 approved for Net Terms 45: Net Terms are approved on a case-by-case basis. Client must provide valid purchase order (PO) and sign our provided invoice which serves as a promissory letter. Approved Net Terms are 45 days from order ship date. Late payments will incur at 10% per month starting on the 46th day and every 30 days after up to a total of 45% as per Colorado usury laws. We reserve the right to pursue legal action to collect any outstanding payments, applicable late fees, and any court fees. Approved Net Term Clients must process payments either through a physical check, ACH or Swift. Any Net Term Clients who wish to pay with a credit or debit card will require a 3% processing fee added to order total.
