Concept Information Wines and more..... Wine Bar 160 offers 160 different wines by the glass . The Nitrogen storage systems assure the best quality, even if opened for a day. Because of this unique concept we can introduce you to wines from around the world as well as 1er grand cru classes which would normally not be affordable. Every wine 160 bar has a sommelier who will give you the best advises about wine and who helps you to make the right decision with the wine-food combination. It is also possible to have a seminar with the sommelier and at the end you receive a wine certificate to take home. Wine 160 is THE venue for your casual business meeting and for networking events.

Concept Information The system Offering a selection of more than 100 open wines is only possible because of our unique wine serving system based on storage of opened bottles in Nitrogen. The wine system is fully automated and linked to your point of sale and F&B cost control system. The system will be programmed assuring the exact measure and serving temperature for each specific wine. The system can hold 200 bottles of wine.

Concept Information Franchise for Wine 160: 1. Application Fee 15,000 Euro 2. Consultancy Fee 25,000 Euro 3. Royalty Fee 3% of Net Revenues

Pre opening 1. Application Fee – Payable one time only, once agreement of developing an Outlet is signed. Set by Willemsen Hospitality, applicable to all Wine 160 outlets 2. Consultancy Fee – this fee includes all necessary consultancies, from planning to open and operate a Wine 160 outlet of its kind. Our team of experienced professionals will spend 10 days on site assisting in planning the property, 25 days during construction and 25 days during the opening. As the operator of worldwide hotels and resorts we have all the necessary “know-how”, we assist in every aspect of Construction, Facilities, Services and Design, for the property to meet the minimum requirements of a Wine 160 outlet. 50% to be paid once agreement of developing an outlet is signed, 50% on completion of the project. Additional days will be charged at 1,200 Euro a day. Post opening 1. Royalty Fee – Payable monthly.
